Just want to record that I am a repeating customer to this place. Food was good and they keep the place well maintained. One of the highlights is that I love their free self served ice cream! Thank you for serving the community for this period of time. I hope that it's a good run for you.

Decent food, friendly staff, free ice cream. Sad to see the Fair Lakes restaurant is closing!! This was always a go-to for a quick bite. Wish they wouldn't close. 4 out 5 stars only because the ice cream machine only works 50 percent of the time.

The food is some of the best in the NOVA area. They have an amazing salad bar selection, the staff are welcoming, inviting, and knowledgeable about recommendations. It's very cozy, clean, and quiet enough that you can sit with a group of people and not have to yell which is a change of pace for me since I'm my hearing isn't what it used to be. Stop in today, and see what all the buzz is about!

Today for lunch, we had by far the worst experience we have ever had at Jason's after going dozens and dozens of times at numerous locations including this one. By far, the biggest issue was how skimpy the turkey sandwich was. It was ridiculous for a nearly $10 sandwich. In the past, we have been unable to finish more than half of the sandwiches and had to ask for take out boxes. I showed the sandwich to the person who took my order and he seemed unmoved. I showed him the menu which showed a sandwich at least an inch thick compared to our pathetic sandwiches. He responded by getting a pre measured packet of meat and telling me they always use that. I don't know what that was supposed to mean, except that our skimpy sandwiches were normal. If so, no thanks. It was almost like they took the amount of turkey for a half sandwich and tried to stretch it to a whole sandwich. When I pointed out to him what the sandwich looks like on the menu, he tried to tell me that was a special sandwich, not mine. Other relatively minor points included not coming over to the register when I walked in to order until I waved my hand, not getting a thank you when I ordered even though I left a tip, dry, tasteless bread, and not including the mustard on one of the sandwiches. But all minor points compared to the sandwich itself. When I left, I even told the person I was dealing with that I was so disappointed that I would write a negative review. You might think that he would have made up at least a half sandwich for us to take home to make up for it, but no response from him at all. This was really the first bad experience we have ever had at a Jason's, but even so, at nearly $10 a sandwich, it's too expensive to give them another try. And certainly never at this location.

One of the healthier and best resturants in NOVA. The salad bar is a plus, great selection for soups, sandwitches and pastas. The staff, management and owner are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. The resturant is always clean and the salad bar and food is always fresh. Highly recommend coming to Jason's Deli. The NOVA area needs more Jason's Deli locations.

food was good, as usual. the restaurant itself was clean; however the lights in the women's bathroom were not on and the switch had been taped over so it wasn't possible to turn them on...unfortunately this wasn't the worst part. my partner and I walked in and stood at the registers for about 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. i had given the guy standing at the one register the benefit of the doubt, because it looked to me like he was closing that till out. then I realized that he'd looked up at us a few times without saying a word, so I looked closer...this man (Giancarlo) was watching something on his phone! I finally asked him if we could order, and he looked at me like I had two heads. this man was so rude, I won't be going back to that location for a long while.

Amazing sandwich shop! Located in the fair lakes shopping area, there's plenty of seatings and the restaurants is a lot larger than it looks from the outside. The menu was extensive with a lot of options from salad, soups, sandwiches, and pasta. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it was amazing! Broccoli Ana cheddar soup was great as well. You can get free ice cream here! Which was amazing to end the meal. Will be back for more!

Ok I ordered a turkey sandwich with mayo and honey mustard. So when I looked a the lady who’s fixing my sandwich, she looked like she up to something. Sure enough she did put honey mustard on my sandwich. She looked at me to see if I caught her or not. Just did your damn job and look at the order. Little things like this makes me mad especially if you looking me like you done something wrong.

I have been going to Jason's for over a decade, if not two. I get the same thing: salad bar. I have a routine where my first helping is all lettuce and veggie, and then second round I try cold salads and nuts, etc. Today I go and have my salad. I go to get a refill plate and am told it's only one time through now. The manager tells me it's been the policy since Covid. I've been to a couple locations a dozen times since Covid and that policy has never been followed. He tells me that is why they lowered the price. I saw no obvious change in the price. there is no communication anywhere stating this change in a 20-year standard. and in America, a salad bar is traditionally all you can eat. it's salad. hello. The manager then told me he doesn't make the policy, the company does. I politely explained that I don't have Jason's personal cell number so as a representative of the company that's the best I can do is communicate with him. It's a cop out.The lack of communication of a such a big change in policy is pretty shifty. And it shouldn't be left to the guests to guess or just figure it out. As a long-time customer I shouldn't have to explain three different ways why this unspoken change is unfair to the guest, but that is what I had to do. That says everything you need to know about the experience you should accept at Jason's now.

Enjoyed it. They dont shred carrots for your salad, nor do they let you go back for another trip. So if you dont like something or really do like something, you cannot return for it. I think a sampling plate for new guest would save alot of wasted food. I will be back but I dont like huge baby carrots that I have to use a butter knife to try and slice for my salad. It reminds me exactly of CiCi's pizza. So that bothered me.

We have eaten here a few times and had a good experience. Stopped by tonight to grab some late night dinner. Sorely disappointed. The wrap I got was really small and not impressive at all. My son's panini barely had any chicken in it. Needless to say we won't be coming again.
