Really bad performance this evening fellows. #31 had more mayo than meat. Only two tomato's on a giant sub and everything scrunched in the middle. No wonder you only cut it in two. Had it been in 4's the ends would have been bread alone. Avoid this location! If you have to go to this location avoid getting a hot sub at all cost. What a disaster. I still feel sick from this concoction and the night is young. Why did this happen? Was it due to the order being from Uber eats? We came in and picked it up. No tip on initial purchase. Did you assume we won't tip when we picked up? Nice hair by the way. The only reason for a single star. Update: A reply to the owner of this shop who responded promptly. I stand by my post. Pictures don't lie! If you feel this sandwich is acceptable then You need to reevaluate your standards. This sub is sub-par. Me and my wife got the number 13 Giant with all the toppings. We get home and eat and after 30 minutes I this simce of exhaustion just comes over me and i get a super headache. She's comes to bed too complaining of same thing with nausea. This was the only thing we ate and first time this has happened after we'd ate here.

I ordered large catering orders from the Fair Lakes location (12703 Shoppes Lane, Fairfax, VA) several times. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. The service was excellent and the deliveries were on time every week. I would highly recommend this location for any catering needs.

I ordered from them recently on Grubhub. I got the original Italian (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, wheat bread, $12.64), Miss Vickie's sea salt chips ($2.27), a chocolate chip cookie ($1.33), and a root beer ($3.54). This is the best Italian sandwich I have had from a chain restaurant. The ingredients are fresh, which is important for an Italian sandwich. They are only a couple of miles away, so the orders get here quick. The delivery fee was $7.49, the service fee was $2.18, the sales tax was $1.19, and the driver's tip was $6.13.

I typically don't leave reviews at all on restaurants, but this time was different. I placed my order while the place was relatively empty and ended up waiting about 45 minutes. It seems like this location prioritizes online orders over walk-in orders. Also, when it became a bit busy, everything and everyone's orders were held up. In the end, I asked for a refund, which is also something that I don't do. Word of advice: If you come to this location, place an online order, do not order a hot sandwich, or come when it is absolutely empty.

I love their subs. Ordered for pickup and asked for dressing on the side. Unfortunately, it didn't come that way. On the bright side, it was written on the receipt. Maybe don't ask if any special instructions are needed if they will be ignored. Just say, unable to fulfill your request.

I am bewildered at the most recent spate of one star reviews. This usually means people have an axe to grind. Let me tell you as a local who has visited this store at least 35 times in the last 12 months this store is amazing. Our orders each time are a minimum of 5 subs, sometimes 8-12 depending on what work is being done at my house and they get it right each time. We always go between 1100 and 1 pm and almost every time Alex has served us. HE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING. He is always efficient, hardworking yet takes the time to be cordial and professional. 5***** stars every single time.

This is, by far, the WORST jersey mike's I have ever been to. They completely mess up your subs to the point where it's absolutely DISGUSTING. But what's even worse than their terrible subs is the GM/Owner of the store (Lori). She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and nonchalant. She could care less about customer service or how bad the subs are made. Do NOT go to this location, by any means.
