Never tried their food before but was intrigued by the Nashville hot wings. So I ordered curbside pickup of some boneless wings and beer. Service was prompt. And when I got home food was hot and wet was cold. The wings though. They were juicy and incredibly delicious. Best I’ve had. I will definitely be ordering again.

This was literally the worst experience I've had with a restaurant in years. I ordered curbside, called and texted to let them know I had arrived, and never had anyone bring my order or even acknowledge it in any way. I waited 20 minutes. When I finally went in to the store to ask after it, it was sitting on a shelf and handed off to me by a wholly disinterested Latina lady who didn't seem to understand why I was upset. The food was, of course, stone cold by the time I got it home and noticed that one of the beers in the four pack I'd ordered was leaking. Not even surprised by that point. The Worst.

I have been wanting to try the wings a finally did. I go the Cajun lime wings. The seasoning was inconsistent throughout the wings. Also the wings weren't crispy they were rubbery. I ended up not eating them. I was highly disappointed

The food is great but the lady that took my takeout order tonight was incoherent. I emphasized that I wanted extra seasoning on the fries and I paid for an extra dipping sauce. The order I received did not have the extra sauce and the fries were seasoned less than normal.

This review should really be a 1 or 2. Please change the picture of your wings/Nashville Wings because that's what i ordered and it's not what i received. I opened the box to the most naked wings mankind has seen with a hint of pepper flakes to maybe try to be something. Maybe with some sauce they would've had more potential, and I understand saucy to-go orders might get soggy, so maybe a complementary cup of the wing sauce in the future. The fries were really good though and the umami sauce was great so there's that.

Jolene's wings is a part of fair oaks Lazy Dog restaurant. We were excited as we are regulars of Lazy Dog. Pros: good quality food Cons: service and incorrect order. We ordered curbside pickup, we arrived at pickup time, and called in, were advised our order would be brought out. After waiting 10mins past pickup time, I went inside and saw our order sitting on the counter. We grabbed the food.. then realize our pack of beer was not included. Double back and our beer was waiting there. The beer was not cold.. so I could not enjoy it with the wings. We ordered the Parmesan garlic boneless, naked wings with Nashville hot ranch, and Cajun lime wings. The Parmesan garlic nuggets were not sauced and we received Buffalo instead of naked wings. The only accompanying sauces we received were ranch, not spicy maple or Nashville hot ranch as requested. We love lazy dog and will try Jolene's again on the future, just hope they work out the links.
