I came here with friends to Try the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea and Strawberry Milk Tea. I loved to tea flavor in the drinks.

ordered a taro milk tea with honey boba as a recommendation from the cashier and i wasn’t disappointed! it was so good and the service was so quick and fast. the drink took less then a minute to be made. All the workers had a smile on their faces. will be coming back!

Came here with one of my friends the other day and we really enjoyed the strawberry slush with a lychee jelly add-in and my friend got a taro milk tea with the honey boba! Very good drinks for a reasonable price.

This place is terrible, I'm never going back and I hope no one else goes or goes back too. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude, incompetent, and overall it is easily shown they do not care about the customers. When I went there I asked the cashier/order taker what was non-dairy/dairy free. It was super, super hard to understand him, because for some reason in 2023 he had a heavy duty mask on! And he wasn't even working with the food! So, he said the only things dairy free were the water based drinks, so I ordered a strawberry water based drink. They gave me a slushee. So, I told them that there was a misunderstanding, and one kind employee said that the milk powder was lactose free and would make a plain milk tea for me. However, then a manager came over and yelled at me saying I had to drink the slushee and it was my fault. So much for being nice on the holidays! So, do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER go to one of these Kokee Tea places.

The tea is amazing I’ve been coming here for years however the treatment that they gave my mother was absolutely horrible. My mother’s English isn’t very good and they were so disrespectful when they had messed up her order (it was too sweet). They tried to get her to pay for the new one, on top of that the girl who hands off the drinks threw the straw at her, I normally love this place but I’m so disappointed. This happened not even 5 minutes ago and I’m just appalled.

I have tried many combos but the one that stand out is Cocoa Milk tea with coffee jelly and 25% sugar! I love Chocolate, Tea and Coffee, dream come true! I couldn't find this taste anywhere, good job guys!
This review is based SOLEY on what we ordered. We got the coffee cloud drink with coffee jelly (no changes) and the Kokee milk tea (no changes). Our total for these two large drinks was ~$17. And when I say it was quite possibly the worst boba I've ever had, I'm not being dramatic. Even after spending $17 it was unpalatable so we literally took 2 sips and threw it away. The coffee cloud was so bitter and tasted like burnt awful coffee. Actually gag inducing. The Kokee milk tea was more bearable than the coffee cloud, but it also was just so bad I threw it out. Sickeningly sweet, doesn't taste at all like tea. Huge waste of money and incredibly disappointing. Location might be ideal, but my god the service (the girl taking our order) was whispering and annoyed when we asked any questions. And the food is severely lacking. Will not return.

This chain doesn't look at their Uber orders until you've physically walked up the counter, and then they still don't communicate with the folks actually making the drinks. What's the point of ordering ahead and walking over if the people behind me in line still get their drinks faster and the drink maker is rude when I tell them the app is saying my drink is ready and it's clearly not. Don't accept Uber if you're not going to look at the orders and have a special pick up spot, you're just wasting people's time and ticking them off. Same experience at the Kokee at Springfield Mall.
