The menu sounded good...... But when you arrive to an empty restaurant in the Mosaic area, that's not a good sign. I felt like I could've made the dishes better myself. The garlic noodles were lacking in flavor. The caesar salad looked like it could've came out of a bag. The seafood boil itself was pretty mediocre. Don't think I'd recommend dining here.

Haven't had seafood boil this good in a long time! The atmosphere was casual, chill, inviting. The service was phenomenal. We had Caitlin, she was very attentive and super sweet! The food was amazing, seafood was fresh, everything was flavorful. We got shrimp and clams in trill sauce hot. All the appetizers were delicious. We would definitely come back. Get the raw marinated crab! They have happy hour all day Monday & Tuesday. It's a must stop for us now every time we're in the area.

Excellent food and service. Our bartender Michell provided the best customer service and was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. It was my first time coming to Kreole and she made sure my friends and I had a great experience overall. Definitely coming back!!! Highly recommend to try the pinch and pint special and specialty cocktails!

Highly recommend the garlic noodles, crab bam boom and their seasonal drinks. Super delicious!! The service was prompt and the staff were super friendly.

Food: I live their fermented raw crabs so much we ended up ordering a second round. I recommend this place to everyone looking for unique fusion menus in nova. For me, shellfish is a hit or miss because it can be overcooked at times. I think this time around it was a bit chewy and dry and the sauce separated. Flavors were really good though so I would try ordering again to see if maybe it was just an awkward day. Service: I went when they first opened for a very early dinner and our waitress seemed very new but she did her best and was accommodating to our requests (the auntie I was eating with was a bit impatient but the server did great). Just a general reminder to be kind to your servers!! I also recommend asking for gloves and bibs if you don't get them already :) Ambiance: super trendy and open modern-style interior. I really like the sailor details mixed in. A great place for eating with people you won't feel embarrassed getting messy while eating and sharing food.

Food and service were great! Stopped by on Tuesday to check out their happy hour specials and what a bang for your buck! We ordered a few of the Snow crab clusters and the flavor of the seafood boil was perfect!! We will be back :)

I tried this place out since it is nearby. They’re having an identity crisis—marketing as a creole Asian fusion mix but serving frozen sea food. The server acted as if a Shirley Temple for a child was a foreign concoction. They “didn’t have the ingredients.” ? My draft beer took about 15 minutes to bring. All the food was clearly not fresh, under seasoned, and more at home in a middle school cafeteria. The nearly empty setting on a Friday should have tipped me off. This place won’t last long because both the service and the food are subpar.I wrote this review from a nearby Shake Shack where we ran into the people sitting across from us at Kreole. They were also trying to find edible food. And, who spells Kreole with a k? Use a c!

The service was acceptable but the food is horrible. No flavor whatsoever. We ordered charbroiled oysters, krispy wings (honey kreole), crab bam boom, clam chowder, garlic fries, buttered noodles with deviled eggs (kid menu), and popcorn shrimp with (corns). The charbroiled oysters came out cold. It seems as if they top the cold oysters with bread crumbs and torch the surface to brown the top but the oysters remain cold. The garlic fries were very greasy as if they were not fried in high heat. The buttered noodles have no flavor and the noodles were under cooked. The popcorn shrimp were barely battered. For the price, we expected better. Very disappointed. We don't anticipate ever coming back.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was great. The staff was very nice and kind. The food can't get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious.

The mussels, shrimp, and crab were awesome. The spices are well worth to try all varieties. Can’t wait to get into the Creole dishes!!

We came with a party of 11 for a birthday and were completely blown away. Caitlin our server treated us like family! We ordered food at different times so i'm sure it was hectic for them, but everything came out fast, hot, and delicious. The seafood was fresh and the Trill Sauce is definitely something special. Will definitely be back.
