This McDonald's restaurant is ok. The service isn't very friendly as they rather not interact with you and have you use the kiosk. Also, they take forever with your order, like 20 minutes, despite McDonalds being a fast food place. Place is an absolute mess, and they were times I felt unsafe coming here, especially at night. I prefer to just take my order to-go from here. At least the food is standard.

Ok this place is overall very clean and tidy but… there was 4 FLYS!! flying around the cookies, apppe pies, etc, in the glass thing they store it in, and the staff working there, when she noticed it she just waved her hand around in there and just left ..

the staff almost always get my order wrong and are unwilling to change it, even when trying to talk to the multiple managers they’ve cycled through. floors and tables usually dirty. better off ordering via the app or kiosk and taking it to go.

I eat in here a lot. Yes, theyre really busy in the evenings and the college kids can be kind of annoying, but the people who work there are consistently friendly and helpful if you are kind and patient. Don't select table service on the app, they dont do it here. Be sure to wait by the counter for your order, as it's hard to hear the number called out, especially when theres lots of students. Im rlly grateful for my experiences here ??

I go McDonald's all the time and this was the worst. The customer service was so bad. I would give it a zero but I can't. I bought 3 things and waited for 30 minutes, it wasn't even that busy in there!The food was not worth the 30 minutes I waited. It was actually kinda cute in there. But this was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes just for a mcChicken and fries. I had to go ask and they had forgot about my order - there weren’t alot of customers either. Non of them could understand and speak well. They were very rude and slow. The place was dirty as well. Will never go back!!!

Eggshells in their eggs. Didnt get complete order lost an extra few dollars and dont have time to go back after work for a refund. Online support doesn't help either so the moneys likely just gone even though it was an in app order.
