I am not one to complain, but when I leave a place extremely upset and not even hungry anymore… I will say something. Besides the fact the I am pregnant and am sensitive on how others treat people, the manager here should find a different profession. I kindly had a question regarding my receipt because I was given one price over the intercom and paid different at the window. He decided to go ahead and question and treat me like I’m stupid going over the whole receipt pricing when I had question regarding the burger not the cookies, not the nuggets, just the burger. He they tried to tell me I usedy rewards so I got a discount as if that mattered why I was still paying a different price on the burger. I wanted the refund back and chose not to get bacon after he clearly looked upset of why I even questioned 2 dollars which isn’t even the money, it was as just a different price on what I was told. How dare you look down on a customer regardless and ask if I really wanted the 2 dollars back. He made me park at number spot and still went in to get my order so they didn’t have to because it was rainy. He clearly looked upset and had a nasty demeanor so when I asked for sauce he handed me 1 pack of buffalo when I asked for one more because I had spent on 2 different meals he gave me attitude and said there was more in the back which I looked and told him to look and there was none. He clearly didn’t want to give me more than one because he was mad already to begin with and was just trying to argue with me. I left highly upset because of his horrible attitude, questioning me about why I basically cared on the wrong price given and was given horrible customer service. I walked to my car and no longer wanted to even eat the food after the interaction. I am a manager myself of a food establishment and his lack of care, complete lack of respect, and attitude was opposite of what I would expect with someone in his position. I live around the corner from there and this is last time I will be going and will make sure to tell all friends and family of the horrible treatment I was given. The manager was a groggy man who clearly didn’t want to be there and could care less to make customers happy. Left a really bad taste in my mouth and I decided to drive further away for better service. He was rude and absolutely horrible to be in charge of this place. Thanks to him he not just lost a daily customer but will be sharing with others that come here. Never again. At the end I went back and gave the food and asked for a refund. I will no support business that made me feel horrible and the Spanish manager could care less and didn’t even say anything and just gave me my refund back, knowing because of him I didn’t even want my food. Horrible manager.

I have been buying coffee daily for the last 2 years at the Jermantown Road restaurant in Fairfax, but for the last two weeks, the coffee has not been up to McDonald's level. The people who work in the morning between 6:00 am and 10:00 am are consistently rude. Many times, I have gone back to the drive-through to inform them that the coffee is not fresh and good, but they never seem to care. Today (03/23) was no exception; they never apologize and refuse to make a new one. They may deny this, but the truth is the truth... if the coffee was good, I wouldn't need to write a review. Admin, please look into this issue and bring this restaurant up to McDonald's standards.

Avoid this franchise. They started charging 25¢ for sauces at the front window. And now a week later it’s 30¢. If you want more than 1 sauce packet with your meal, simply go to a different store down the street where they still give extra sauce for free.

The team is always really good! Even with tough customers, they always know how to handle them. The food is hot and well prepared. Service is pretty fast. Use the mobile app for deals and to get around peak time lines.

On two separate occasions, I encountered the same rude woman employee at the front counter. It seems that she is always in a bad mood, very rude, and unprofessional, which left a negative impression at this location. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service for all customers in the future.

This is just unacceptable. I am just 17 years old and I have to say I have never written a review, but this was my breaking point. My father few weeks back had an encounter with this McDonalds with 2 missed order on 2 separate occasions. In return, they barely gave enough store credit to buy 1 quarter pounder. Then today I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Our mobile order clearly went through, and they refused to give us our order because it wasn’t on their “interface”. We had receipts, bank spending history, you name it. They told us to go to a bank and figure it out. Not worth all that for some mediocre food. Talk about attitude as well. Next time you even think about coming here, I highly recommend asking for directions to the Lee Highway McDonalds not far from here. Do better, and shame on you.

If you make me order at a kiosk, the least you could do is get it right!And if the only person I can find didn't speak English, the least you could do is have her interpreter available.And if you're making a spicy chicken sandwich, the least you could do is not have ALL of the spice concentrated in one single bite!
