Just had an awful experience at the Noodles in Fair Lakes. Went in with a coupon, but when they rang everything up it wasn't right. Then instead of helping me understand the problem I had two employees ARGUE with me about it! And then after a few minutes of this, they said the coupon didn't work anymore. I left. Don't go here -- they're rude. You've been warned.

What four dollars gets you….. It’s not even 1/3 a cup of lettuce also, thank you for cutting not up the singular mushroom you gave me with my pasta. Overall, this is my first time coming here and it just tasted Depressingly underwhelming and the portions are horrible !

We had a great family dinner here. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. Great kids meals. The perfect size and easy to take to go if needed. Gluten friendly and carb friendly options are available. It was nice that they also offer a real silverware. The vegetables and mushrooms were cooked just right, not mushy.

I ordered via online and went to pick it up and eat it at the place and thank god I did because the noodles were undercooked to a point it was raw. I went to the front and politely asked them to cook it but I believe they took it and microwaved it because it was loose but still hard in the middle and the meat is way too chewy to eat. I understand the lack of staff and it is hard to find workers but this is unacceptable in any way. I doubt management and ownership will do nothing but anyone who's going to this place needs to know. Go there with a grain of salt. There are other cheap ways to get food other than this place.

Overall service was good. The soda machine ran out of all non-diet drinks, we informed the staff who did not appear to know how to change the syrup. They did offer us a bottled drink at no additional charge.

I'm writing this in hopes the owner of this franchise will see this and make some changes. I went to this particular noodles and company August 21 at around 2 pm. We came in and was greeted haphazardly by a young man. He was spaced out, was having trouble taking our order and was soon replaced by a young lady who helped put our orders in. The young lady brought out our food. Everything was fine up until my kids needed to use the rest room. I went into the rest room and saw there was no toilet paper. I asked the spaced out young man and another male co worker he was talking to, for toilet paper. They both disappear into the back never to be seen again. 5 mins later .....My child really needed to go so I grabbed napkins and took her. When we went to wash our hands...guess what? there was no soap. When I came out my friend proceeded to tell me she had walk back up to the counter and ask the same two space cadets for toilet paper again. And they looked at her like she was crazy. So I decided to ask for the manager so I could address the lack of attention....well turns out one of the two I had asked for toilet paper was the manager. And instead of taking responsibility he proceeded to put all the blame on the young lady that took our order (this young lady, by the way, was doing all the cleaning and order taking....... she was actually working) "uhh i just got here, it's her fault" is what the manager said as he points to the young lady who is taking an order at that time. That was a lie. That manager was there before we got our food. Not to mention i straight up asked him and his minion for tiolet paper....he was too busy chatting with space cadet 1 and doing a whole lot of nothing. Both BOYS were un professional.... they both had their ear buds in and phones in hand and were basically acting like they were on break, hanging out. The manager needs a good lesson in customer service and work ethic because he has neither..... and that goes for that space cadet as well. I've never seen such lazy kids/employees in my life.Update: the owner says they'd like to connect. I used the link provided and filled out the survey. No one contacted me. Safe to say that this fell on deaf ears. Find another place to eat. It's not worth the hassle or the money

Very very bad customer service by both temp manager and cashier! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I called in a food order and they both told me i did not call that location. After showing them my call log, my online credit card receipt and calling the same number again. They still did not believe me. I got my food but after 20 mins of going back and forth and the "manager" calling her manager... DO BETTER NOODLES & Co. Y'all used to be one of my favorite spots!

I ordered online, 10 minutes later picked up the food. This was my first time trying Noodles and Company. I had the Pad Thai with Tofu. It was delicious and very filling, I couldn't finish it all! I will definitely order again!
