Permanently Closed as of May 1st. 2022. See Was told by other restaurants' staff that they had closed one day prior to Cinco De Mayo due to lack of staffing. The location was starting to be mismanaged compared to the original general manager who was with the location when it first opened about 6 years ago, where he had turned the Reston, VA location around as well, but who left several months ago due to issues with upper management. We were frequent customers and are very upset that this location was abandoned by the company. The location was decent, but the ability to find and retain good staffing was challenging and started showing soon after the original general manager's departure. Then dirty bathrooms, dirty eating areas (I had taken a picture of an unattended pile of trash right in the middle of the floor of the bar section and finally complained about having someone finally addressing it) and poor service was the norm.

Don't come here. They don't honor their word. Have you buy things then change how it works. Management did a poor job of trying to make the situation right. I won't be back. Better Mexican spots around for sure!

Subpar food and service is slow. We had to wait ages for our food to come out lukewarm and then had to go find the server to pay the check so we could leave

Giving one start because I can't put zero. Terrible service, cold food. Ordered Margaritas and never arrived. Waiters fighting among themselves and the kitchen. Super slow to serve the food. Bottom line, don't waste your money there.

I have eaten is some bad restaurants in my life. But this, by far, the worst restaurant. The waitress was new and did not know anything about the food or the menu. The food was cold and hard , as if it had been over cooked then left out on the counter. The drinks were watery. Please stay far away from this place.

Wish I could have two ratings one for good one for service. But oh well service was great drink was good chips and salsa were good. Togo food was horrendous if you like tacos with no meat this is the place for you. This taco had the most meat surprisingly.

Was passing by stopped here for a quick bite. Waitress was so nice i was shocked. She suggested the best shrimp tacos i have had in a while. Definitely will be coming back for the food and service.
After a long time not being in this place, I felt this is the last time. The last time there it was not great, but this time is the last for sure.The service was not so great! The server was moving around with no mask ! She was saying comments not so great ( like don’t take much time to order!! )The food was super late in spite of was not full, the food was super bad and we all had stomachache and diarrhoea after that !!This time it was not a nice visit ! As a person eat outside on regular basis, this place for sure is out of my list.The shrimp was still not doneThe dishes was not freshly made !

First, we where seated and then waited for about 20 to 25 minutes before anyone even came to wait on us. Once someone came to actually take our order we again waited another 30 minutes before we even or check on or even receive their food. Unfortunately due to the horrible service the food was that much more less enjoyable. Chicken was a little charred and the Monterey chicken plate was bland. It's unfortunate this is my first time at this location I usually have better service.

I came in for lunch on Fri around 12PM and it was quite busy. The bar was dirty and messy with trash everywhere but I was in a hurry. I ordered lunch fajitas and a cup of queso and I didn't get to start eating until 12:35. The steak was well done and by the time everything came out, it was warm. I think it sat around for awhile so I didn't enjoy the experience.

Willow Springs elementry set up a PTA night with this establishment. The school advertises to the 800 families and then collects a small portion of each sale for school supplies. I attended and several other families showed up and made it a VERY busy Monday night!Now the manger is saying no one showed up and not paying its fair share?!!! Terible people steal but it takes a real horrible person to steal from children!! Shame on you!!!
