So ordered through the website and told 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes later and still waiting. Poor person working to go orders has no clue as to when order will be done. This is ridiculous. Grub hub, Uber eats drivers in and out easy while ordering through restaurant people wait.

The Steakhouse salad came out of the freezer. The tomato's were still partially frozen with no taste.I've had this particular dish here before and it was delicious, but maybe I caught them on a bad day.... Not necessarily a downward trend but who knows...

We loved this restaurant! But the last time we went for lunch, the food was ok, my Kingsland Pasta steak was so small and way over cooked. The service was also really bad!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!TERRIBLE! So terrible it made my food taste bad! I work in the food service so I’m beyond patient and understanding of restaurants and customer service and so on….. I called this place 7 times to get the run around about not wanting to take my carry out order, 30 minutes prior to closing my simple order of wings. Finally I drove to the store to find 1 server, a bar tender, a hostess, and two young kids in the back curbside not wanting to take my order because it was too close to closing time. I explained to them if they had picked up the call to begin with it wouldn’t be close to closing time. After getting firm with them the young lady with glasses took my order that took 7 minutes to prepare! 7 minutes! Unbelievable

Bad meal and just ok service. Food: My ribeye steak was extremely fatty and had no marbling at all, basically chunks of fat. The loaded potato was cold. On a positive note, the steak was cooked to order. Service: One of the servers was helpful and admitted that their meat cuts are not the best. The other server had a very bad attitude and even threw the utensils on the table. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location.
