The food/experience was like ordering Nando’s off of SHEIN or Temu. Chicken was dry inside and so oily on the outside. Rice equally as oily. Smells like grease in the restaurant (you will leave smelling like it too). No one in our group felt well after eating here. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to eat here again or recommend it to anyone. Employee was really nice though so shoutout to her!

Maybe I didn’t order the right thing but the chicken wrap and chicken sandwich had way too much sauce which made it hard to enjoy/taste the other ingredients. The wrap and bun quickly became soggy with all of the sauce. Fries and potato wedges were cooked and seasoned well.

food is extremely oily, the chicken sandwich(regardless of type) is drenched so much in oil and sauce that makes the sandwiches too soggy to enjoy. also it gave me really bad stomach pain after i had it on 2 different occasions.

I thought it was just the Springfield location, but it is all of their locations. All of them know NOTHING about customer service. They also profit off of not giving paying customers their full orders for delivery/take out. This has happened to me, it has happened to friends, it has happened to other customers in my presence. It's a a shame.
Ordered lunch and wouldn't order from here again. For $9.50 you get two pieces of dry/overcooked pieces of chicken. I didn't even know dark meat could be this dry! The photo online actually shows chicken next to mashed potatoes - super deceiving. You only get chicken. The chicken sandwich is ok but again very overpriced for what the quality. Nandos is way better, skip this.

Chicken sandwiches are good but sometimes it's hit or miss because I got a breaded chicken sandwich that was much smaller the second time I ordered from them. Their special sauces for the sandwiches were tasty. I think their prices, $10, are a tad high for chicken sandwiches: for the grilled ones, it's worth it but not the breaded ones.
