We were here on a weekday. Walked by and the smell of fried chicken and fries cooking wafted thru the doorway inviting us in. We haven’t had this in a while, dieting for an upcoming cruise. It was delicious!!!

Astonishingly bad experience. Food made me ill. Service is incredibly incompetent. The restaurant was a mess with either vomit or a beverage spilled on the ground by our table. Orders got mixed up and we had to wait for our food out of order and after a long time. Avoid this Popeyes at all costs and let it shut down.

The gentleman at the cashier said it would take longer, about 20 minutes to get two orders of 16 pieces of chicken. After 30 minutes I asked if it was going to take longer since I was initially told 20. The manager, in a very rude manner said “It takes longer since your order isn’t normal.” I replied by saying “I ordered something on your menu and accepted it would take longer but I was told 20 minutes. She replied “It’s not normal.” I am never coming back to that location. Popeye’s as a whole usually has great service. To any manager who can teach that lady customer support, please give her training. I’m scared to think how she treats her workers if she’s that rude to customers.

It’s not worth it. I ordered 3 pieces of signature chicken and this was what I got.
Great help from staff, friendly and I literally bought 2 turkeys from this particular Popeyes I don't understand how this Popeyes has bad reviews, because when I went in, everybody was really friendly, nice and willing to help you And I have to say our turkeys were absolutely delicious. I would buy them next year as well.

The staff is wonderful. They are prompt with my order and food tastes good. Place is always nice and neat. My concern is that the regional/owner(?) conducts employee meetings outside in the restaurant. During lunch I’m hearing him discipline the staff. Lecturing them about instances and what not. That is disrespectful to the staff. Such meetings should be done in private. It was a terrible decision on the regional/owner.

I was working late and starving and decided to order something for delivery for dinner , ordered 5 pcs chicken on application and they delivered Ice cream!!! Yes !! Ice cream!!! Ice cream from Cold Stone!!!! They delivered wrong order!! Exactly on the the day that I trusted them!!!

Absolutely horrible got there 7:30 first thing guy says "I close 10 minutes Togo or no" I reply yes. Over half there selections were out when it came to sides. Guy said I have fries and mash potatoes that's it. Got the food completely wrong. Asked for 6 tenders spicy he said he had 3 spicy left 3 mild. Gave me all regular. No big deal there. Food was cold service was awful and messed up my order on my 3 piece spicy because I'm assuming they didn't have that either. Kept touching his nose sweating. Get rid of that rude guy ASAP Popeyes. Never go to this Popeyes!!!!! Horrible
