The bottle of ketchup at my table had disgusting, spoiled ketchup!As someone who worked as a former server, this issue happens if the restaurant refills the top of the bottle with new ketchup instead of throwing it out once the ketchup in the bottle starts running low.The unused ketchup at the bottom gets old, starts rotting, and gets moldy, resulting in this disgusting rancid ketchup taste.Completely ruined my appetite.

We haven't been to this place in years and decided to give it a try again. Started off with a tall ring of onion rings, which were overall good except for one of them being uncooked and doughy. The ranch was excellent, however, their "secret sauce" was just ketchup and honey mustard. Wait was average for our meal. The avocado burger had very little avocado, and all burgers had extremely excessive amounts of onions. The fries were inconsistent and barely warm. The cob salad had bad avocado, expired croutons and inconsistently warmed chicken. Service was good, and the atmosphere was acceptable, but I'm disappointed by the lack of quality and the high prices.

This place serves up an excellent burger. We didn't really expect a burger to be as delicious as it was. We would definitely come back if we craved a juicy burger. We got the Red Robin Royal Burger and it was delicious. We like the bottomless sides. French fries were super hot and tasty.

We hit this Red Robin at exactly the right time — happy hour! $4 margaritas, and $6 Long Island IT, and fantastic service from Max. He showed up every time we started to run low on our ‘bottomless’ choices, and kept our free iced tea refills coming throughout our whole visit. No hovering, just good timing. The burgers were excellent! The side salad cannot be beat! I just tried the southern comfort burger, it was wonderful. Thanks for restoring my faith in bottomless offers, RR.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and impossible burger both. Great salads.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy roll-in, and a ramp to the bathroom.

Between fast food and gourmet burgers, Red Robin is a convenient place to eat, especially after shopping. There is ample parking outside. Service was surprisingly good considering how busy they were. Very clean inside. Never had a bad burger here. This time, we decided to change it up and get chips and salad; would stick to the fries in the future.

Husband and I were craving a burger and it's been a long time since we visited red Robin.Food: I got the hot burger with a fried jalapeño on top with a side of garlic parm broccoli. Husband got the black and blue burger with fries. Both our burger buns were cold and stiff some how and the fries were cold as well..Service: when the host seated us, she said she'd be right back with a high chair and never returned. We waved down our waiter 2 seperate times that we needed a high chair and both times he must have forgot cause he walked right passed us twice. We eventually asked another waiter that retrieved it for us right away. Our waiter also never provided us with any silverware so I had to eat my broccoli with my fingers. By the time he came back around to check on us I didn't need the silverware anymore.Overall I give it a 2/5. Burger was nothing special and we kind of regretted paying 16+ dollars for it when we could have gotten a more satisfyingBurger at McDonald's for half the price. Service wasn't the best either. Probablywon't ever return.

Went with my son and granddaughters to Red Robin. The food was terrific, they now have lighter option burgers that I appreciate since I have gotten older. Our waitress was quick, and exceptionally friendly, you can tell when they really mean it. I have never had a bad meal here, and feeding 5 people including 1 teenager for $64 is pretty remarkable. Thanks for the meal and a pleasant experience with my family.Kid-friendliness: A very kid friendly place!
The bartender was awesome!The restaurant had a damp sticky feel, but not bad.Food was average, The burger was ordered medium but was medium rare, that's okay I dig med-rare and was too hungry to send it back.
