This Starbucks is a mess. 15 minutes for a Flat White is way too long! Barista was dropping things all over the place. They need a refresher is managing orders. There were 3 people working but only one making drinks.
I’d like to acknowledge John for providing excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to find teacher gift cards for me! He took precious time to look through the many gift cards to find the one I wanted. He called me back to not affect other customers. Class act! Marcela and Randy are super friendly as well! Thanks!!

The Starbucks here is pretty efficient and I haven’t had any issues with service. The servers are nice, and I haven’t been disappointed by the drinks I’ve ordered here. However, I do worry about the safety of studying here as I’ve dealt with someone wearing a mask, watching me while studying, and following me to my car.
