first of all what the actual heck is happening here. this is very close to my school and i walk there on occasion, the employees are nice(ish) but honestly quite incompetent. i have a lot of sympathy for people that work in places like this but come on at how slow these people are they shouldn't be working in a fast paced environment like this. the drinks over all weren't mixed and had way too much syrup despite giving very clear instruction.

The Chinese that works there are very slow. I will wait 40 minutes for a coffee, not a long time.

The woman working the counter always seems to be out of it. I am not sure why but she does get everything right most of the time. It is much slower than a normal Starbucks being inside of the giant (the worker can sometimes be pretty distracted and you end up waiting a long time). It’s nice to have a Starbucks here but the customer service needs work.

Firstly, Starbucks employees in Giants are not given the same training as regular Starbucks. They're essentially given a recipe book and are told to work alone. After I received drinks that look like I made them myself instead of paid someone $30 for... I was informed by a giant staff member that the training they received is all online. This was also after a few prior visits with similar results. Fourth time is definitely shame on me.

Worst Starbucks. Keep messing up my drink, don’t know how to take an order especially customized orders. First they would ask me what I want, then they would ask me to repeat so they can write it down. Like you could’ve done it the first time?!?Also why don’t they fill up my venti all the way up like other Starbucks!? (Pic- I just took one sip)

The staff doesn’t know how to make customized drinks, I asked for 2% milk, she told me they are not like an usual Starbucks. I asked them to redeem my gift card, she had no idea how to do it and told me to insert my gift card into the debt card machine. She also didn’t bother to ask her coworker and when I asked her to , her coworker was very rude and grumpy. I also had to wait for a long time for my drink. I think this may be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and it completely ruined the Starbucks’ reputation.

It's at the Giant. If you're expecting the full Starbucks experience, that won't be happening here. This is for getting a coffee to help with grocery shopping. I am grateful for this. Always have polite employees who work here. It's located right near the main entrance. Recently was glad to get some Yukon Blend. Had forgotten how tasty that was. Plus I was struggling. Coffee addiction is for real. Yet they have "vitamin C" here. If you're in the need to get grocery shopping done, this can lend that invisible hand of eye opening juice. There's also a small section for cups, mugs, and other Starbucks merchandise.

SLOW and unhelpful. Instead of making your order when you actually order, the barista batched three people in a row and we all had to wait. Then the barista decided to clean the entire station between beverages. It's like an apocalypse movie.

I don't understand why people handle food without using a hair net.

Too expensive and less choice than Seven eleven.

Very nice place. Clean and pleasant. Janeth, who served me this morning, is courteous, efficient, and friendly. I’ll be back!!
