I don't mind food not being ready but blatantly being told the wrong thing doesn't leave a warm taste in my mouth, neither does my 8 dollar Uber turning into 30 bucks while it waits for me or being late to work since the website wasn't working when I attempted to place an order online ahead of time.

I have been frequenting this location since the summer for the occasional lunch and mostly for large carry out orders.I have been satisfied with my service and the quality of my food. Once, I ordered a large order via the mobile app from within the store and was able to watch the meticulous care that the staff utilized in preparing my order.I love their bottled mint tea and their rice bowls and various dressings.The beautiful ruffage ....oh, how I wish this venue were not so fat away.

The food from this location is not consistent compared to the other Sweet Green. The portions are smaller. The food doesn't taste good in general. I wanted to request my money back and turn back the time, so that I could just eat at a different restaurants near by.

The quantity of the food inside your bowl is basically sample food! Seriously I pay $17+ Dollars for sample food it’s nothing like their photos, I feel they take advantage when they deliver your food to work by putting bare minimum in your bowl! Will never order from them ever again !

Sweetgreen is cool, not for everyday healthy eating though. $3 to add a boiled egg is crazy! Lol, that’s a carton, man! Almost $30 for 2 salads…also we love the crispy rice bowl but without the crispy rice. Hubby says they hurt!

Man what happened to this location.. the quality has downgraded so much. I got the harvest bowl and it's literally all just kale. The rice was so overcooked I couldn't chew through it. Never returning.

Have to agree with the previous comments. This one is not like other Sweetgreens. Even the food looks and tastes a bit different.
I've always had good experiences ordering here via the sweetgreen app and picking up in store. Service has been fast and my orders have been complete. I'll admit that it seems like sweetgreen's menu has changed in the past few years, getting rid of some of my old favorites. The options for toppings have also been somewhat paired down. But I'll still order from here for occasional convenience--it's a nice, health-minded option when I don't have time to cook or even pick up groceries. I like trying various things, but the Kale Caesar remains my personal favorite.

I am writing this review after 6+ years of being a regular customer, with it being one of the only "healthy" options in this area. everything is inconsistent. Some days the salads are great, some days not so much. Today i ordered a salad and the arugula was yellow (not to mention when i went to pick it up my lid was open). I took it back, and they gladly made me a new one. When i got back to the office, I noticed they left out ingredients. Annoying at best for an almost $15 salad. my husband also witnessed a couple months ago a cockroach in someones salad upon pickup. this might be my last sweetgreen salad at the mosaic location.
