They've got a great quality of service. I've been here multiple times, and they offer complimentary teas at the front of the store. However, if there was a suggestion that I would offer, it would be to maybe change the flavors more often, and use it to promote the newest or seasonal flavors, so people get a taste of how the seasonal flavors will go. However, the employees are really nice and friendly, offering customized suggestions and allowing you to smell the flavors.I had the boba from here once, and it was ok. It felt a bit watered down, and it would be nice if it had some milk and sweetness, but honestly felt like I was drinking boba water. I wouldn't recommend the boba, but this store definitely has a great selection of teas.

They don't put prices on their teas, and for an obvious reason: they are ridiculously expensive. I took 45 minutes picking out two bags of tea. It wasn't until I brought them to the counter that I was told they would be over $72. Well that was a waste of time. Then I was informed that if I bought a second bag it would be 40% off. All this did was confirm to me that their markup is excessive. Their sales tactics are aggressive at best and border on predatory in that they force people to choose between over paying or putting merchandise back on the shelf. I definitely won't be back.

I showed up to the store around 9:30 am on a Sunday not knowing that the store opened at 11. I called the phone number with no answer but received a texted message from the owner or manager. We had a short conversation and I explained that I stopped in for a specific birthday gift. He called his employee Lara to notify her that I would be coming back. Lara was fantastic! Friendly and informational. Great customer service all around!

High quality atmosphere they have at Tea Mansion! Lara she has to be the highest trained person on staff, she had all my answers to questions! If anyone goes there, mention to her the yellow hat guy, had to be a favorite place to visit!
