We tried Ted's Bulletin this week for the first time. The menu looked very good and we were excited to dine. It's a Beautiful restaurant. We were greeted by the server but were not told about any Tuesday specisls or about the happy hour. The advertisement on the table was for the fall features. I asked about the happy hour and I was told yeah you can order a drink or Appetizer... what does that mean? She then said oh you get $3 off appetizers. The menu offered a lot of choices but we were disappointed with our meal. I love raw tuna and was excited to try the tuna Tartare. The tater tot was amazing but the tuna did not taste fresh and was very unpleasant. Of course you need for the fish to be be very fresh when eating it raw so we carefully eat around the tuna. The ricotta pancakes were good but the ricotta was over whipped. My daughter was excited to order the pancake with fruit, but her happy face pancake was disappointing when she expected a bowl of fruit rather and just two small slices of banana as the fruit on her pancake. My Norway Benedict Breakfast was good I only wish that the eggs were not overcooked and flowed when I cut in to them rather than being a completely solid yoke. I began to fill out the survey using the handheld machine while paying and the server immediately took it out of my hand, and said not to fill it out to give my opinion of our meal. I sadly wouldn't return due to having an issue with every item we ordered.

After dinner in Mosaic District, my I Do Crew went to Ted's Bulletin for drinks and dessert. Our party occupied 5 seats at the bar. Our bartender Omar S. was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made delicious drinks. My friends enjoyed the Cherry Old Fashioned, The Back Nine, Garden Party, and Peachy Keen. I enjoyed two gin-based cocktails: Botanical Garden and Violet Queen cocktails. Both cocktails were floral and quite strong. We shared the Cherry Blossom Tres Leches, which was not as pictured on the website but tasted delicious. We couldn't finish it, so I took it home. Before we left, another girl bought us a round of Green Tea shot to celebrate my bachelorette. I liked how the Green Tea shot was made with Jameson Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup!

Pretty good overall. Chicken and biscuits were top-notch, but the steak and eggs didn't impress me. They remade my meal without any fuss when I had an issue, so props for that. Despite the Sunday brunch crowd, we got seated in just 15 minutes. Definitely going back to try more dishes!

Generally a fan. The food and drinks are great, and I love that you can get breakfast all day. Unfortunately the hostesses need to learn how to be warm/welcoming. They aren't friendly (very transactional) and clearly have a standard practice (policy?) of seating those eating alone in the far back of the restaurant. (They will tell you it's simply a server rotation, but it happens every.single.time.). If I arrive with a friend, I'm seated almost anywhere else in the restaurant, but if I arrive alone, I am ushered to the last table in the back corner - always.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nathalia during my recent visit to this incredible restaurant, and I must say, she truly enhanced my dining experience. From the moment I was seated, Nathalia greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, instantly making me feel welcome.Throughout the meal, Nathalia's attentiveness and professionalism were exceptional. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful suggestions, ensuring that I made the best choices to suit my preferences. Her timing was impeccable, always being present when I needed assistance or had a question, yet never intrusive. What stood out the most about Nathalia was her genuine care for my dining satisfaction. She ensured that all my needs were met, frequently checking in to see if everything was to my liking. Her attention to detail was commendable, as she anticipated my needs and ensured that my meal was served flawlessly.Overall, Nathalia was an exceptional server who went above and beyond to make my visit to this amazing restaurant unforgettable. Her friendly nature, attentiveness, and knowledge made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend her as a server, and her dedication truly added to the already fantastic atmosphere and outstanding food that this restaurant provides."I hope this review captures the essence of Nathalia's exceptional service at the restaurant!IParking: Finding parking in the early morning proved to be effortless.

Ted's is special. An above average breakfast or Dinner that's reasonably priced. Best place for a cold glass of Narragansett even at 7am. Night shift employees rejoice. All the staff here make you feel welcome and don't mind bantering back in forth with a customer.

Such a great place. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant is reminiscent of the 1930’s classic beauty. The service is on point. Our server Brenda was very attendant, polite, and professional. I have food allergies and they took such good care of making my food. So much so that Brenda even let me know that they substituted oil for the butter they normally use. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.Dietary restrictions: Red meat, pine nut, peanut allergies

Having breakfast or brunch at Ted’s Bulletin at Mosaic is a frequent pleasure for my wife and me. The servers, especially Robert, are always pleasant and courteous. Robert takes pride in knowing what you are going to order before you get the menu. After your meal is served he checks to make sure it is correct, and he always offers to heat up your latte or coffee even before you ask. It is wonderful to have such a person serving our culinary needs. I highly recommend Ted’s Bulletin at Mosaic!

Pathetic... my food came out cold. It took forever to get refills of our waters, and the staff seem more interested in flirting with another table than assisting us.
