I got delayed from mechanical issues on my flight and put up in a hotel. Lucky for me TGI Fridays was open and I was able to get food delivered at 1:30am! I got the million dollar Cobb with sirloin and they nailed it!

I stopped in briefly for lunch, and the service and food were spot on. I was addressed quickly, and my food came out perfect. I didn't have much time, and this was a great place to go for a quick meal. I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp, and it was delicious. I can not remember the name of my server or who she was training, but they did do an excellent job.

I wanted to surprise my wife with TGI Fridays $10 lunch. I ordered at around 11:42 and went to pick it up at about 12:20. Front desk sent me to the back of the room to ask for it. I gave them my name and they brought me the food which had my name on it. Fifteen minutes later (at home), I opened the bag and it was the wrong food. What a disappointing surprise I gave my wife! I called the restaurant and I explained the issue. They told me they could give me a refund. I said I wanted the food; besides, I was going to pick it up, again. They said they were going to prepare it. After driving almost 10 miles, I got there. A male manager (I guess) was at the front desk. He said the other customer had been given my food before. Then he gave us our food. My wife asked if there was going to be a courtesy for the 20 miles and the 40 minutes wasted due to their negligence. He just answered back in an unprofessional and rude way stating NO.Do you think I will go back to TGI Fridays?By the way, I had lunch there on Tuesday. A female manager treated us so nicely that made us believe they care about the customers.

I came here on 7/6/2023 and decided to have a drink and some good food. First we were sitting in the bar for over 8 minutes before being greeted. Couldn't enjoy my food with my friend! The drinks were watered down and food was not fresh! The fries tasted re--cooked and my steak was horribly cooked. Will never come back here again! When I told the bartender Monique, she did not do anything about it and still made us pay for horrible experience!

We love coming here! The $2 miller lites are awesome, and we’ve never had a bad experience with the food. We’ve always sat in the bar and enjoy watching what they have on tv. The service is great every time! We love Dani - she remembers our drink orders!

Waited a few minutes to be greeted. There was a big wall sign “IN HERE, IT’S ALWAYS FRIDAY“ in the main seating area. The whiskey glazed sampler included ribs, wings and shrimps. The cobb salmon salad was a healthy plate. The cajun shrimps and chicken tasted great. The kid’s pasta in marinara sauce had bread and broccoli on the side.

The food was fine, it is nice they offer a salad alternative to getting French fries. It was pretty empty when we went for lunch on a Saturday.

When I arrived a person ran at the site of me, and someone else came out to see me. They were pleasant and nice. My waitress in the beginning was pleasant as well. Water was Chrisp peach sangria was delicious. When it came to the appetizer, I communicated that some of the food was hard to chew because it was very hard. After I said this, I was within earshot of the kitchen and they all started to look at me and speak about me in a very rude and disrespectful way. I ordered two additional entrées which was subpar again tried to communicate, and additional people started going towards the kitchen and started to speak ill of me. I even heard my waitress, speaking ill of me ordered dessert as well. It was actually quite good, but because of how I was treated, I decided to not finish they only gave me five dollars off for my experience and I will not be coming back to this establishment . Future guests be careful when you communicate in regards to the food or service. I am big on customer service and I tip beautifully but I will not tolerate unnecessary disrespectful behavior. It saddens me to even make a post like this because I’m not the type of person…

I recently dined here yesterday (6/13/23) with a group of 20 for a graduation celebration. The family had made reservations prior. When we arrived, the table was already set for us. We had one server for a table of 20, and 30 minutes into being there, he made it known that this was his first day on the job. That would explain his lack of knowledge and not enough training to handle a party of that size. Menus were on our table the entire time we were there, drinks and food were literally 45 minutes to an hour before coming to the table. Drinks! People were getting their entree before the appetizer. The food itself was luke warm and appeared to be old. It was a horrible experience. So much so that we had asked for the Manager to come to the table. In which he refused at first. We kindly asked another server who had by this time stepped in the assist this server to get the Manager or we would go back to him. He came out. His demeanor was very nonchalant as he shrugged his shoulders and said they weren't prepared for our party size. Like I said, reservations were made and the table was set when we arrived. You definitely knew we were coming, and worse case, you as the Manager should step in to assist, no questions asked. He told me his name is Julio, as I was very clear that I would be filing a formal complaint with corporate, in which I did. After asking how we would be accommodated, he said the best I can do is 25% off the bill. It was something, but more should have been done, and his entire attitude was completely unapologetic. The icing on the cake was several people going to the restroom before we left and all in agreeance that there was no hot water to wash hands. How are the employees handling plates of food, with no hot water? Completing unsanitary. I will NOT be back to this location, and depending on how corporate handles this situation, any other location.
