Okay pizza but limited topping options, like no vegan/plant-based sausage or cheese. Other Mosaic restaurants offer vegan pizzas like at True Food Kitchen and Matchbox plus &Pizza up the street.

I ordered small latte and tuna salat. There is two women doesn't know how to make coffee I got just warm milk which is ordered Latte. No taste of coffee ! I went back and told this is just steamed milk but saying latte is more milk Haha ... Omg ! And I thought they are making new coffee for me but no just adding some hot water or milk . I thought Italian Store have better coffee than Starbucks ! I was wrong Never expect good coffee from them they doesn't know how to make coffee for 5$ Just go Starbucks ! Bad service no apologies saying Back latte is more milk so funny April4 that happend

Don’t waste your money, this was a $9 sandwich that was mostly lettuce. Gave it a try on a whim, ended up having to eat a couple hours later because I was literally hungry again.

I really liked the idea of rolling here again. Mosaic and this restaurant are considered trendy. Unfortunately I'm bored by their pizzas. A lady I used to date loves this place, but I have to put my level at like. They have other Italian food choices, but again I didn't find one that screamed "this is phenomenal!" At this price point and venue, I expect a higher quality. Hence why I'll give it a conditional recommendation. I find the food and adult beverages to be basic. This is a wonderful spot for a first date, due to its intimate dining area being conducive for communication. It is fun to a degree. All of the employees here have been excellent. I've enjoyed the superior service, and my hat off in respect, for this level which is hard to find. Give it a try, as it's a clean place and so well intentioned. It's in a good spot at Mosaic and there's plenty of nearby parking also.

Had the margarita pizza there and the chicken panini. Pizza tastes very similar to frozen pizza you would get at LiDL. Honestly, this place is probably not worth it for you. Good location is the best thing about it. It's a shame the owner doesn't put real quality food out. This place would be a banger otherwise. Try Sisters Thai couple stores down.

Won’t be back. My girlfriend went and grabbed lunch today and they charged $3 for a coke, which is fine, she then proceeded to ask for a paper cup to add ice and pour her coke into the cup - they charged said “it’ll cost you and additional dollar” like are you kidding me? After spending $3 for a 12oz coke being charged for a cup is ridiculous.

Accidentally ordered from this place thinking it was the Italian store, not good. Pizza tasted like a frozen one from a store and I've never seen a place be so cheap with how much meat they put on a sub.

Horrible food!! Ordered delivery and the pizza was pale and barely baked. The pasta consisted of VERY overcooked penne, flavorless marinara (also wrong since I asked for marinara and Alfredo together) and rubbery meatballs. I legitimately could've had a better meal by boiling my own pasta, using bottled sauce and frozen meatballs. It's really that bad.

The mini bomboloni's were stale and taste like they were frozen, the turkey sub was barely edible, (it was bland the bread was stale and a quarter of the sub didn't have any meat) and the pizza was below average, very dissapointing. Don't waste your money here.
I rushed in when the kitchen was already closed and even the lights were off. They still managed to make me a pizza and start all over in the kitchen..The pizza was super good and the hospitality and kindness of the staff is something I will always appreciate!!!!

This iteration of the Italian Place is a far cry from the one in Old Town Alexandria. The food is good. The atmosphere is... meh. The service is infuriating. Why can't I just tell the cashier my order instead of doing their work at a kiosk? How can you claim to take cash, but not have change in your registers? Ridiculous!
