I have been sick with food poisoning for 2 days from my meal and smoothie. This was my first meal the day I ordered and just an hour after eating I began to get sick. I am an otherwise healthy young adult but I have not been able to get out of bed for 2 days. I would not wish this illness on anyone. I will never come to this location or any tropical smoothie ever again. For reference, I got a southwest breakfast wrap with chicken and a mango magic smoothie. Never again.

Apparently the employees here can't even get an online order correct. Just made my drinks and decided to send just those and not the 2 salads I ordered. Not what I expected after paying just about as much for the smoothies than the salads. Won't be ordering from this place again.

So awful. We go there at 2:50pm on a Friday and wait at the counter and the guy ignores us for 10 minutes but doesn't say anything and then comes to the counter and says "I don't have time to take your order. You need to order online" We weren't going to order online when this person couldn't take 1 minute to take our order. He was moving so slow too and didn't even seem busy. We live close by so we liked picking up smoothies but won't be going back. Cant believe this place is still open.

I pre-ordered on my app for pickup and ordered a chicken chorizo wrap. If they didn't have chorizo, they should have waited to fix my order. Instead, they made me a wrap with the little grilled chicken bits. It had some cheese in it, beans, and some wilted, warm lettuce in it. Barely any rice, no sauce, no tortilla chips and as I stated, definitely had the wrong protein in it. I picked up my order and drove all the way back to work before I realized I'd been duped. BTW, I've order this limited-time menu item several times before at other locations with no issues.I really would have appreciated some honesty about the substitution. $15 for lunch isn't exactly chump change.

I enjoy Tropical Smoothie for its drink options, which accommodate my oral allergy syndrome and provide convenient on-the-go choices when I forget my lunch. However, this particular location can be inconsistent. Despite ordering smoothies with clear substitutions like "no bananas" or "no pineapple," I've received drinks with those ingredients. When I've called the location, sometimes they replace it, but other times they ask, "What do you want to be done?" This leaves me perplexed because I emphasize my preferences when ordering. I recognize that there may be staffing shortages, but I believe training is essential to ensure understanding and care for people with allergies, as a lack of attentiveness can be dangerous.

This has been one of the best if not the best smoothie spots yet. I've been all around the states and man the workers are kind and really put their effort to the smoothies. Thank you keep up the great work. Really happy with the employees.

So, if you’re just going for the smoothies it’s fine- you get a decent smoothie that you’d be happy with. However, do NOT order the food, go literally anywhere else for that. It would be better, faster, and cheaper if you walked to the Safeway and got everything to make the food yourself.

Bad experience ordering food... I ordered the hummus veggie wrap. I received something with chicken in it. Sent it back to get the correct wrap, but what I got next was the same wrap but without chicken lol no hummus, no avocado as advertised. Also, I’m not an expert at cooking, but I know that you don’t put lettuce on the wrap before it goes in the oven because then your lettuce is hot and that’s no good. My wrap was 90% hot lettuce. The smoothies were just fine though.

So ridiculous! The service was terrible. We ordered Island Punch. She just put the drink on the counter and walked away without letting us know our drinks is ready. We just sat there for a long time. Turn out it wasn't what we ordered. She didn't even bother to let us know that they don't have it and just gave us something else.

Everytime i come to this place, the wait is ridiculous!!!! I do not know why since it looks like they are fully staff… and this is everytime. This was my last time going there. If you’re on your lunch break, do not go here !!!

Twice now I've been met with the same negativity, lack of customer service, and complete disregard for my time, money, and energy as a customer. I arrived at 10am on Sunday (which is business hours) only to be locked out by the employee. The employee saw us several times and didnt even have the courtesy to open the door or let us know anything. After about six of us are lining up outside I knock since 15min has passed and the employee comes out to say that I have to order online! He closes the door on all of us and when I ask him if we can wait inside and why we have to order online - he says that he's by myself. Why should I have to order online when I drove to order and pick up in person? If the management at this location can't provide sufficient staff then there should be online and on-site signage saying that in person customers won't be attended to unless they order online. Ridiculous!

I used to love this location, but the last 1 or so year I believe the location has transferred owner (s). I have noticed a pattern of lack of sanitation and supplies in the ladies room/ restroom being out several times over the months. Recently - I purchased food items and noticed there was an issue with placing my order, and a promotion for 1 food get 1 free smoothie, I actually attempted to purchase 3 food items, (which would assume 3 free smoothies, but the order was not working/ error. I re - attempted for over 1 hour and rechecked to see if the order placement had been successful - unfortunately no, I went ahead and purchased my 3 food itemswithout the smoothie promotion working. I spoke to the young lady at the counter, who did usually there most times when I have been there in the past to pick up/ order, and I asked her for her assistance, and explained the issue to her.I had to explain the very same problem with my order placementnot recognizing the smoothie promotion,she was consistently refusing to listen. I felt unheard, and she never apologized,or offered to look into the problem to resolve it.Ultimately-I ended up waiting an additional 20-23 min in person in my attempt to get help from this young ladyat the front counter/ register,received zero understandingof my problem,refused to listen to my/ customer concern,did not acknowledge what I was attempting to ask help for,did not apologize,and walked away from the front counter/ register areaand left me standing thereand did NOT return to the front counter.I wouid like to share this incidenton here as this young lady’sactions were notonly disrespectful to me/ customer who is asking for help,in addition to the restroom sanitation/ neglected issuethat I have seen as a pattern over the months,and just such a terrible experience (s) that I will not be returningto this location.I strongly recommend going to another location where basic professionalism and respectare given.
