I will go back to Urbano. The food was good on my one visit, and the atmosphere was excellent with two sides of the restaurant open to the outdoors in good weather. The service was acceptable. The men's room is inadequate for the capacity of the restaurant though.

JUST DON'T.... This was the second time we have been to this restaurant and the first time we thought it might be a new bartender ...... but no ...... our first impression was correct.... the margaritas were almost without any alcohol. What a waste of $36.00. And our time with friends. I have been to at least two dozen Mexican restaurants over the last decade and this one takes the cake for bad margaritas, surly waitress, and soggy tasteless burritos. I won't even mention the fajita salad that looked nothing like fajitas. It was simply store bought romaine lettuce and an over cooked chicken breast. I will say the Mexican pizza was the highlight of the evening. But other than that do your self and your friends a favor and go to ANY OTHER restaurant in the Mosaic.

Good was really good but slightly different than expected, especially the Fajitas. The pepper was roasted but whole, so had to be cut up to eat on the tortilla. Just different, really. The salsa was awesome!

Went here for brunch! Great spot, the food was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a little odd bc online reservations were tough to get but when I called it wasn't an issue and the restaurant was empty. The ambience was fun, they have fresh tortilla makers and it was very vibrant! Good spot and good options!

The menu said wood fired shrimp & chorizo. But there was no chorizo. I told the waitress, she said there's chorizo in it. Started eating it, there's no chorizo. Flagged down the waitress, told her there's no chorizo. She said grudgingly that maybe she can talk the chef, in a tone of voice that was as if I'm wasting my time protesting the lack of chorizo. The she said it's like chorizo flavor is what it means. Simply put, she cheated me out of chorizo. I have been liking this place less and less during past couple of years due to their shadiness and lack of transparency. I don't like being cheated or tricked with my food or with my money.

Ugh. Nice mojitos and friendly service but feels like you’re eating in a warehouse with no atmosphere and tex mex food was among worst eaten in decades. Luke-warm, tasteless and unappetising. Left hungry. Won’t be back - should have read the wash post review and gone to the taco place .

I ate here yesterday, which was April 7th, 2024. This was my 2nd time here, but that may be the last time. I ordered the nachos with brisket, which I only ate half at the restaurant and took the rest to go. I ate the rest at night and found this piece of glass in the last piece I was eating ?. I took the time to wash and inspect it just to make sure. I can confirm it is glass ?. So I probably won't be going here again, but the food was decent with some dishes that shine better than others.

Great ambience and courteous staff. The food... not so much. I ordered a chicken burrito thats subpar at best. I could have paid half the price for a better burrito at chipotle. Nothing special there. I might give it another chance and try a different dish, but I won't hold my breath for that.

I absolutely love this place! This restaurant is in mosaic center so there are lots of parking garages you can find to park in. I went on a Saturday night at 7 pm and there were pretty busy. You can make reservations online to make sure you're not waiting for a table. The food is so good! I love their enchiladas they taste great. Their chips are tasty too and they have a delicious salsa to go with it. Everyone in my party liked their order! I definitely have to try something different next time I check this place out. My friend said the margarita she ordered was pretty strong and didn't taste watered down. Service here is really good! Our waiter was so nice and answered any questions we had. He would check on us periodically to make sure we were doing alright. I definitely recommend this place! The inside is super cute and they have great food and service. It's a great casual tex-mex restaurant in the area. Can't wait to come back to try something different
Stopped by for a mini brunch. The mimosas were amazing and great to get during brunch only $5 each. I decided to be sat on the patio since it was a 67 degrees out. My server was amazing, she provided a great amount of recommendations. I wasn’t super hungry, so I went with the shredded chicken taquitos with chips. It tasted so good, the flavor was super satisfying. The salsa for the chips also was tasty, perfect texture to it aswell haven’t good salsa like this in awhile. I highly recommend Urbano!

Pretty underwhelming experience unfortunately. Came in for a friend's birthday and from the start it was a mess. The waiter didn't know what the drink menu was beyond what the menu said (which left out all the tequila and beer options) and multiple attempts to get help were met with lost looks and shrugs.When we finally did order the food came out lightning quick and was fine. Nothing really jumped out or blew us away but was pretty average tex-mex food. The margaritas were pretty weak for what they cost.The interior looks great and the decor/lighting is cool but I just can't imagine myself ever coming back on my own accord.
