If you go through the drive-thru or order on Uber Eats, you will never, ever, ever, EVER get the sauce you ask for. I've placed 12-15 orders from them in the last year on Uber Eats, and not once have I received the dipping sauce I requested. Lazy.

The app doesn't work to place an order. The staff acts as if I was an inconvenience to them by driving up to place an order. I usually get the BK next door, but this evening I thought I'd try Wendy's. Never again, and they didn't give me a receipt.

Room temperature french fries. No receipt. I ordered a single hamburger, fries, and a drink. He charged me a number one combo. I would've saved three dollars if he charged me individually for the items. I went here because I thought they still had the same promise on their french fries.very disappointing

The woman who works the drive through in the evening is flat out scary. She just scowls and won't speak. She'd be perfect at a haunted house, not at a drive through. I asked her if they took Apple Pay and all I got was scary scowl.
