Used to come here often before covid and loved it. Now their boneless wings have severely downgraded in quality. It used to be actual chicken. Now it looks like McDonald’s chicken nuggets dipped in sauce :(

Firstly, I really hope they read these reviews and talk to their employees because my order was extremely disappointing and the customer service even more so.tldr; I didn't receive my order until an hour and a half after it should've been here via Starship and customer service was awful. I'm pretty sure they forgot my order or forgot to turn on the Starship Robot to transport it.Last night I ordered 10 Chicken Tenders and a regular meal of french fries. An order that should've taken 16-39 minutes (as said on the Starship app) took MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF.At 10:45, the order was still at the restaurant (I CAN SEE ON MY APP!). When I called at 10:45 (I ordered at 9:30), they told me that it has been sent and pushed me off the call.Me: "Hello, I'm just checking on my order because it's not here yet."Them: "It's been sent."Me: "But it says on the app-"Them: "OK? Ok."Then they proceed to hang up on me and guess what happens next? Suddenly, my order was on the way! Right after I called them! I get my food and its cold.So, whoever was the Indian-accent guy who works late night shifts on Wednesdays, your customer service was extremely unprofessional. I understand it's late and it's closing time but that was no reason to act like that. Especially with an angry customer whose order was AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE!

This place is horrible. First of all, it's my fault. I googled wings University mall and didn't pay attention. I meant to order Velocity, but didn't know their name so when I got there I realized it wasn't where I ordered from. Because I'd already offered 40 wings and hadn't paid yet, I did the right thing and headed to the place I ordered. There is no parking and it is a long walk on campus. I'd asked for ranch and blue cheese. They have me two of each. I asked for more and they charged a dollar more for each. Ripoff considering I spent over $40. I ordered two kinds, one was really bad, the other friggin horrific. They were so burnt they could not be eaten. Absolutely the worst I've ever had. Me and my buddy literally threw them away and ordered to go from Famous Dave's. I wouldn't go back if they paid me $40 to eat their horrible burnt wings. Zero stars

Last night i was at a hotel and ordered 2 sixteen wing meals.....paid EXTRA for celery and EXTRA for extra ranch. Got ZERO dressing....ALL wing sauces were wrong. When i called the location they told me to take it up with grubhub. That is a sad way to conduct business. Since when do grubhub drivers sauce the wings and pull ranch from your fridge??? THEY DONT. I will NEVER use this location again and its pretty sad that when you have people out here trying to help you stay in business u wanna blame a grubhub druver.....OWN YOUR MISTAKE!
Certainly not the worst wings I've ever had, but if I'm being completely honest it's pretty dang close. I hope I didn't hear a microwave going back in the kitchen.

I am very dissatisfied. Got a buffalo wrap.. no lettuce and tomato but both things were on it.... Asked for extra sauce i didn't get that either. Barley any chicken in the wrap. Description explained chicken tender in the wrap instead I got shredded chicken. I am beyond disappointed and wish I could have gotten a refund. Though I used starship delivery I'm not sure how I can ask for one. I was looking forward to this and I got nothing but wasted money.
