Worst customer service experience ever! Food was cold and not edible. This is why people do not eat a Arby’s now. Also, When I first walked in, the manger (who is the large black lady), looked at me and rolled her eyes. The when I asked her if she could make my fries over, she snatched my fries out of my hand and stormed off. This place is so gangster and low budget. We have to do better as Americans

My first trip to Arby’s in over 2 years (I live overseas) The staff was extremely friendly and it was a pleasant experience. They restaurant was very clean and welcoming.
I shid and farted and no one judged me. Thanks, Jesus!Vegetarian options: The vegetables have options.Dietary restrictions: You can eat the floorParking: There is a giant squid in the sky. Quick, throw a rock at it!Kid-friendliness: Kids are not friendly. They are purityranical liliputions that will, one day, feel the godhand of justice.Wheelchair accessibility: You can eat the wheelchairs.
Food is normally mid, that's to be expected. The cashier was a little slow on the uptake this time which resulted in me buying more food than I was trying to order. I wasn't hurting for money and was in a bit of a hurry, so I just let it go.Also, since a drive-thru may not be feasible, curb side service could help.

I have never been disappointed by Arby’s but today was a letdown. I ordered the chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich, there was very little salad, barely any sauce, and the bread felt as if it was out all day.

Good, friendly service and usually pretty fast, even when there is a line. The food is always hot and the condiments section seems clean. My only issue with the restraunt is that its kind of awkward having to stand where the line starts while waiting for your food.
