Terrible, every online order is cold and 50 mins late even within a 2 mile radius. Sauce is poor quality, very watery. Overly expensive for sub papa John’s or dominos quality.

What I’m gonna mention here isn’t about the food taste but it’s gonna be related to employees.I always come to pick the food from the store in Falls Church and every single time the workers tell me the order gonna be ready in 5 minutes then I ended up waiting for 25 minutes, I really don’t care if I have to wait from the beginning that long but your workers aren’t accurate about the time at ALL and they always giving wrong information, noting that the last time I have came to pick an order, there were a lot of orders and only one guy was working and the other 3 workers were standing and talking to each other and that doesn’t make sense at all!Please pay an attention regarding this matter as it’s not acceptable at all to deal with customer in this way and being not polite with them.

Really disappointed. Ordered pizza, wings and salad early in the day with a request for it to be delivered by 6:15pm, well ahead of kickoff. Received a cancelled order notification at 6:27pm. Thanks for nothing guys. They weren't even kind enough to call and apologize or offer any type of resolution and I can't get them to answer the phone. I guess I'll never know if this place is worth it.I do not recommend ordering from this place. I've never had a bad experience like this. Pretty disappointed.Update: It has been over a week and no one offered even an apology for cancelling my order after it was supposed to be completed/fulfilled. They even charged us for the order and we had to deal with trying to get our money back. A phone call or an email with an apology and explanation would go a long way. I miss the pizza places back home in Buffalo. They were so good.

We LOVE Badd Pizza but, we ordered an hour and twenty minutes ahead (4:38). It's 6:20 and my hubby is STILL waiting. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened in 2 months. Today it was a printing issue? I don't think so because the pizza was ready but they hadn't even started the wings. Can anyone recommend a place that has pizza as good as theirs who also provide excellent service? We're getting desperate...

Let me start out by saying that I LOVE this pizza. I really hope this place is successful, but I need to offer some constructive criticism. Your operations are a complete and total DISASTER. You need to fix this, or I absolutely won't order here again. My order was placed and paid online for a 5:15 pickup. Pizza/BBQ wings combo with mozz sticks and a salad. Got there at 5:18. Was still standing in line an HOUR LATER (with about 20 other Bills fans) waiting for my order to be completed. I actually saw the pizza come out of the oven at 5:25 or so. Figured the salad was a no-brainer, so I was just waiting on wings and sticks. They never showed up. I finally gave up and said "just give me what's ready and F the wings. You guys eat them...". The front of the house was in complete disarray. The kitchen staff was screaming at each other. Orders were stacking up on the counter, and nobody knew what the system was or how to pick up their orders. I realize that this was a Bills playoff game and you guys were absolutely slammed, but all that does it point out how your existing system doesn't scale. As you grow (and I sincerely hope you do), you've got to figure this out.

Ordered pizza at 1:20 pm on football Sunday for 6:00 pick up. Arrived at 6:00 and joined a crowd of 25+ unhappy people whose preorders were either late or not even started. They ran out of wings as well. At 6:20 I asked about the status of my order and got shrugs and indifference. The manager seemed to be totally out of his element. I asked to cancel my order. Was told it was canceled but the manager wasn't able to give me a receipt. You'd think they'd have a system down for football nights. I don't recommend ordering for Super Bowl Sunday. Not ready for prime time.

Service continues to go downhill since they opened. Most recently ordered half a pizza online and pizza still not ready 25 minutes after the designated pick up time. Employees in no hurry to make it happen. Congrats, you lost a customer.

Legit Buffalo style pizza!I was in town from Buffalo for an event and someone had some pizzas delivered. I skeptically opened the box, then from the smell and look of the pizza I was transported home. Later in the evening I wasn't at all surprised when a friend told me that the Baddpizza owner was a Buffalo transplant.

This was a disappointment. Service was very poor - arriving after the promised time, I was told my order hadn’t even been made yet. I waited 20 minutes along with the 7-8 people who were all having the same experience, and eventually received warm but not fresh pizza (not sure how long it had or had not been made). Boxes were covered in tomato sauce and grease.Plenty of cheese and toppings on a huge pizza - but not flavorful or appetizing. Very greasy. Found a hair on my second slice and decided I wasn’t that hungry.The parking lot was also very busy and hard to get through - of course the business isn’t responsible for that but be aware if you’re trying to pick up on a Friday night.

On Jan 6th, I placed an online order for a whole pepperoni pizza, went to pick it up in the pouring rain and when we got home, we opened it to find out it was overcooked and burnt. We tried reaching out via their website and the online order review and have not heard anything. Hate to say it but it was a waste of $30.
