Their specialty is banh cuon but banh cuon was bland, old. There is no flavor with bun bo hue. Grilled meat was dry for bun cha Ha Noi and grilled pork rice. Fried dough with shrimp was ok.

Their banh cuon is freshly made and delicious. Staffs are super friendly. We also often order take out trays for family parties. It’s much easier to park in the back lot of Eden center and they are the first store from one of the back entrances.

The restaurant is hidden in the back of Eden Center. They have some of the best authentic vietnamese food. Highly recommend their banh cuon, it's the best in town.

The crispy spring rolls are the bomb! I got 4 orders for myself and it was the best spring roll I’ve ever had. The sauce that goes with it and the veggies together are a great combination.

The menu looks very nice and organized which makes easy to read and order the food!! I ordered the crab meat with conch noodle soup as for recommendation from the server, and it tastes really deliciousI think this is only place and best place to order this soup in Eden center.

One of the most underrated spots in Eden Center. This place's a bit hidden from usual foot traffic as it's at the very end of an indoor shopping area.Crab & Conch Soup ($13) - Tomato Broth with Rice Noodle, Crab & Conch. This is their specialty & it's just amazing. The broth's more on a sweeter side & it blends so well with the crab meat. Possibly my favorite soup from Eden Center.Combination Steamed Rice Roll ($13) - Another popular dish from here. It's pretty enjoyable, especially if you like rice rolls.

I polished off a huge bowl of Bun Rieu Dac Biet (tomato broth noodle soup with crab meat, conch, shrimp, fish cake, and tofu for $16.50) but couldn't resist ordering the Banh Cuon Sai Gon too (shrimp in rice flour rolls, pork in rice flour rolls topped with pork sausage and crispy shrimp cake for $13.75). After all, the restaurant is named Banh Cuon Saigon. Both were delicious and a good size giving value for the price. The Bun Rieu tomato broth was slightly sweet, but that was perfectly balanced when I used a small sauce plate to mix the fermented shrimp paste and chili paste for dipping the noodles and toppings. The Banh Cuon was on point with warm rice rolls, slightly blanched sprouts, and topped with the sausage and shrimp cakes. It all came together when I mixed in the seasoned fish sauce. The two dishes are easily enough for two people. I'm only in the area about once a year, so I had to order both for myself, and look forward to returning when I can.Parking: The location is in the Saigon East as the end of the hallway.
