We ordered a original golden chicken and it smelled and tasted like a dirty rag. The meat seemed expired. We are never the type of people to send food back. But I really hope something is done and the manager inspects the kitchen practices. We love bb.q and had them in Centreville and Arlington. I hate to leave a negative review and hope this place figures out the root of the issue. Reading reviews now it looks like other customers have experienced something similar which is even more shocking. I will say the server offered to give us a new order but at that point we wanted to leave. They refunded our money which was the right thing they did.

Food was ok, kind of tasty. They did forget an item, which they quickly fixed for us. But low service rating is because they stole my credit card and attempted multiple purchases. Had to be them as that was the only place I used it in three days. Extremely disappointing & annoying. Had to replace card & deal with several fraudulent charge attempts. Even if the food was the best ever, never returning or recommending b/c of this.

The boneless chicken has consistently been a letdown. The meat is dry, tough, and lacking in juiciness, making each bite a challenge to chew.On the other hand, the wings are great. Always hot and juicy. They never fail to satisfy. Even when I order both boneless chicken and wings together, there's a noticeable temperature disparity between the two.Hope that they take this feedback seriously along with the other reviews and improve on the quality of the boneless chicken.

I had honey garlic boneless chicken and spicy galbi boneless chicken, but both of them had big pieces of chicken fat, it looks like they didn’t clean the chicken fat at all and I am just eating chicken fat.

We ordered tteokbokki and a matcha milk tea boba for this restaurant on doordash. The tteokbokki is good. We were appalled by how the matcha drink tasted. It did not taste like matcha at all, and tasted really really bad. It is a neon green color... The boba was also hard. I don't think this drink should be sold to any other customers, unless it is fixed. I am disappointed by this, I would like to recieve a partial refund or coupon.

We really enjoyed our food here. The service was great, and people were friendly. You need to tray their different shicken saices, but be careful with the hot sauce because it is extra hot!

Got FOOD POISONING from the bulgolgi bibampop!! Am cramping as I write this too! I literally felt sick within 30 minutes of eating it and it's put me on my ass for 2+ days!! Will never order from here again!! I strongly suggest you consider alternatives!! Either the beef was bad, or the vegetables in the bibambop were cross contaminated. Either way, it's unacceptable! This place needs to re-examine its health protocols and make sure it's employees are all following those protocols. UGH!! What a Sh&T experience!!
