Great, friendly service! I had a lot of questions about the food and they answered patiently. Food was sooo good. My first Bing impressions: delightful and satisfying. Rose milk tea was divine as well. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a great experience.

This restaurant feels promising, like it SHOULD be good but it’s actually quite mediocre/bad. I desperately want to give it a positive review, it’s trying with an innovative menu and interesting ingredients! But the noodles soup was straight up bland with no flavor or seasoning, the baos are filled with mushy meat filling and are very unappetizing. The chairs were falling apart too so the atmosphere was uncomfortable. Also rather expensive for essentially fast Asian food.

The beef jianbing was excellent—surprisingly quite large and filling for the price! Food came out really fast too. The place was empty when I came in, hopefully more people find out about this place because it’s very good. Can’t think of anywhere else in the area that sells jianbing either.

Foods we ordered were delicious. The crepe wrap with pork floss and vegetables was unique and unlike anything we've had at other Chinese restaurants. The restaurant was clean and we left feeling satisfied.Parking: Locates in Idylwood Plaza in Falls Church, it has plenty of parking.

Bao had tasty filling but the buns were not fluffy or soft. Had never been to a place that made custom bing. That was kinda cool and the ingredients were quality! Liked the ease of ordering and chill casual eats vibe inside. Good for a snack but wouldn't make a special trip for this place.

The traditional bing scratched my itch for this comfort food! Gets very close to the ones I ate in China!

Clean place. Very friendly staff. Would come back. The build your own Bing is worth it. The snack Bing needs some freshness. Wish there was a bao option other than only beef or pork, tho I understand why those are the only options.

We were headed to run errands and of course dreaded traffic! So we made a stop for a quick bite at this place,It was about 6 pm and it was empty and I thought to myself did we make a mistake. We ordered the traditional bing, a create your own, a fried chicken dish and a pork boa bun.The only miss, for me, was the pork boa bun. My partner loved it.All the other food was good. While we sat to eat and I enjoyed all the flavors, people began to come in and order and take out.New type of cuisine for us. But it was good, and we will be back.Store was clean. One person there who seemed to be doing all the cooking, but perhaps there was someone in the back back. Not that it matters. They did an amazing job.Vegetarian options: Traditional bing, fried rice

I came here during lunch on a weekday to try out their Bao Buns. I opted for two pork buns and two beef buns. Both were delicious and they had sauces at each table to pour for yourself. I also opted for their individual hotpot dish which was a bone broth noodle soup and you can customize your toppings. The soup itself was refreshing and clean for a bone broth. I really enjoyed this spot for a quick bite to eat and will definitely be back!

I really liked the jian bing. I tried both the traditional bing and the build your own. I think the traditional bing is a good approximation of what you can find in China. The build your own is a good opportunity to experiment and add what you like. Also tried the noodle soup which wasn't bad but probably not worth the price.I would recommend this place for the Bing.

Not many places sell Jian Bings in the area so I was surprised to find this Chinese staple in NOVA. I ordered the snack bing, and the taste was good, especially the batter that is used to make the bing is pretty authentic. However, portions are rather small for the price and did not fill me up for a meal. It's more of a self order station, so minimal service. The restaurant is kept clean and modern, tuck away in a shopping centre.
