Read the reviews and thought I'd take a chance...Unfortunately, all the recent reviews are spot on. Customer service is terrible and the big lady in particular has some attitude, seemed only friendly to her kind. It's not even close to closing time and they are out of ingredients (or so they claim) and starting to close up shop. The portions are too small, I should've canceled my order...oh well learned my lesson and won't come to this location.

The staff are so unprofessional . I asked one of the employee to get be the tobascos hot sauce, he said he will get it for me and after five mins , I see him doing different thing at the back. Finally after 10/mins, I asked the cashier and she called someone to get be the tobascos sauce

Very disappointing. When I went to this Chipotle, all the tables were filthy, even though the food was at least standard. The service here isn't too great. Service was also rude about scanning my Chipotle rewards. Never coming here again.

So I went to this chipotle location 40 min before closing and the staff was so rude since I got there they made a face because they had clients to serve to if you don’t like customer service I don’t think this is the best place for you to be working at, the lady had red dye hair I asked question about the food that was available for me to get at that time she answered the rudest way possible like if I was bothering her, then two more customers came in, she had my food ready in the counter I was waiting for her to charge me , she decided to make me wait and asked the other two customers for their pick up order I had to wait more than 8 min for her to pack my food and charge me she never did it my food was waiting in the counter still so I gave up and decided to leave this is the worst experience I’ve ever had also the meat and cheese portions are ridiculous, half way even more of your bowl if fulled with rice, also this was my first time ordering inside the store, I have order 2 times for pick up and my bowls are always a mess I’ve never gotten what I ask for from the menu definitely not coming back they are not clean at all whenever I go to this place they always have a messy area even more messier at the pick up station. DEFINITELY A PLACE TO AVOID

Terrible customer service!! The person helping me was extremely rude. Had to wait 5min for someone to charge me for the food. 3 hours before closing they tell me they don't have chips. I ask for the manager's name, and they magically offer me chips. And, the woman at the register now hides... That was one of about 10 bad experiences. Never again at this location.

Horrible place! this business is violating work diverse because all employees are Latino and they are speaking their own language zero customer service at all. Even though watch out when you paying they can charge you more if you don’t say anything. I ordered one steak bowl and one drink they charge me $25! Overall this business needs deep investigation because violations of work diverse, scams and poor customer service. Please don’t go there if you see my comment.

This location closes at 11 yet they were out of food by 10:30. Closing manager was rude at the time of check out just because we were talking and taking "too long to check out." How can you take too long when there's no food to choose from and no drinking cups available. Oh because apparently they were out off all size cups except for large.So this is for district management. Train your team to do better if you want customers to return to this location.

First off the environment was dirty the employees shirts weren’t clean everybody had a attitude I ask for extra meat the girl slammed the meat in the bowl the guy Jose was the absolute worse I told him a little more sour cream he tell me that’s a lot and it will be extra as to imply I couldn’t afford it with a line of customers behind me then proceeded to hiss and blow over my food he then reached over my food and got something to wipe the bowl off but it look like he was trying to dig his finger inside then I asked what was the problem he said I’m not gone say nothing I told him he shouldn’t he then goes and speak Spanish to the cashier and tell her to charge me for extra guacamole I asked for the manager he went and told the manager but had already lied the food is Gross it’s salty and the protein is hard in some areas WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A CHIPOTLE I EVER RECEIVED

I placed a mobile order which said it would be ready at 1050am.The store is suppose to open at 1045am. They did not open their doors until 1055am. When I entered they had not prepared the mobile yet nor had they looked at the order. This was a large inconvenience as I was on a tight schedule. By the time they figured it out and made the order it was 1105. This is unacceptable 1) if opening time is 1045 then they should open at 1045 2) if a mobile order is scheduled to be ready at 1050..1103 is not the time to start making it. It should have already been prepared by then. The food itself is good overall.

Store closes at 11pm yet the entire kitchen is cleaned by 9pm. Staff has no intention of restocking any ingredient they are out of and employees twiddle their thumbs as you pay full price for a three ingredient burrito. The bare minimum that can be done is put up a sign notifying customers what items are no longer available. I would only visit this location if it was a last resort.

The line here is unpredictable. I always order online and somehow am waiting. Our orders have never been wrong, I just hate how efficient online ordering is supposed to be but sometimes your food isn't ready when it says it is and to have to wait or just to wait to talk to someone in case something is missing.Food is the same as any Chipotle. I always get steak as my meat and depending on my mood I will get a salad or a bowl. You can customize as much as you'd like and this is why Chipotle is so great! Parking is garage here and a little tight so be prepared.
