Good location,nice staff and great ice cream, but interior was tight and there was no seating except for right outside. It is in a good location, but only if you plan on standing or walking with the ice cream.

I like the ice cream from here, but it is so disappointing that they do not have any indoor seating. Not a single chair in sight. It can be difficult to sit outside, especially when it is cold and raining, and I'm sure that can affect the sales a bit. However, the service here is pretty good, and helped address my concerns about coupons. I always get the founder's favorite and really enjoy my experience every time I come to this location.

It has been awhile since I had had Cold Stone, probably ten years or more. There was one conveniently located where I used to live back In Coral Gables, FL on Miracle Mile, then they sadly closed it down. Granted sugar is not the best thing for you but I have such a strong sweet tooth and cookie dough is one of my favorite things on this planet, that and Cuban Cafe Con Leche, really good empanadas, Tostada, and gelato (basically everything that is not great for you but if you are in a bucket list, you only live once kind of mode...you can't resist). But I would usually get the same things there when I went and I was Heaven every time. What makes this Cold Stone great is that they really listen to you, keep the line moving on busy days, are generous with portions, and. really put effort into making sure that the toppings you choose are well mixed into the ice cream. I used to love to replicate what they did as a kid and my wooden cutting board would be my granite slab, I would keep it in my freezer to keep it chilled, break out the Edy's ice cream, mix in my M&M's, warm Nestle freshly baked cookies, along with choc chips and sprinkles and put a lot of elbow grease to make sure all the pieces were well mixed in together. Nothing beats Cold Stone though. I am not sure how they do it but their i cream is delicious. I just appreciate the fact that they put so much effort into making sure your order is exactly right. I remember way back they used to sing every time you tip them in the jar by the register. That doesn't happen anymore, but they should bring it back. It made it fun when they did that at the Coral Gables store. Despite the fact that I will always be a gelato fan, Cold Stone holds its own rank and never gets old. Be aware though, that it is chilly at this location so bring a sweater:)

The ice cream itself is nothing to write home about: processed & industrial. But the concept is original & fun and the depth and number of creations make it an enjoyable experience worth the try.

I'm a sucker for ice cream and I love Cold Stone. The birthday cake remix is my favorite, no sprinkles, add caramel. I switch up sometimes and get a milkshake which is equally delicious. Definitely try them if you haven't but I'm sure most of you have already!!

Five of us went in there yesterday. When we started ordering all four employees were just starting at us ! After a few minutes and several attempts they started helping us. One of the orders had hair in it so we refused it and the employee was asking the manager what to do with it! At first the manager told her to put it somewhere , we told him it has hair in it and then he threw it away. That makes me question their sanitary conditions and if they clean the slabs they make the ice creams on. The store also lacks management.

I was very impressed with the customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were very patient with me as I decided what I wanted. They also made my custom ice cream creation exactly how I wanted it, and it was delicious
Iv visited this location several times and every single time the service was horrible. No customer accommodations and high prices for NOTHING!This needs changed!!

We created a cake and placed an order online one week ahead before my son’s birthday. But when I went to pick up the order, they didn’t make it! They just said they couldn’t find the order without any apology. They said they could made one then but how I could wait for that long! My kid invited ten kids to his birthday party and the party was on . They were waiting for the cake! They offered to give me a refund. It didn’t make sense cause my son needed a cake for his birthday party! And finally, I had to buy another cake from the refrigerator for my son, which was very disappointing cause it was not the cake he wanted and created for his birthday party! And the store didn’t do anything to make up or show their apology!

Ordered an ice cream cake online the day before. Was getting nervous so I also called in to confirm they got the order I placed. I had great customer service and when I picked up the cake the next day had no issues and the cake was exactly as expected, so I appreciate that! The ice cream cake (strawberry cheesecake) was a hit!

Even on a chilly day, this place had a fairly long line, however it went by pretty quick! This was just a standard Coldstone so nothing really stood out. However, I did notice that they did have a lot of things run out which was a bit disappointing, but not a huge deal as they had so many other options. Overall, it wasn't much different from any other Coldstone store, so if you're craving some ice cream then this wouldn't be too bad! (But there are also a lot of other ice cream/gelato shops nearby which might be a better and more fun experience)
