Not sure if they were busy or what, but we had a horrible and poor customer service. We ordered and they accepted the order, but never filled the order. First they could not track our order then when the cookies came out, it was halfway done. It looked nothing like we ordered. Some of the cookies were not prepare correctly- and when asked to replaced it, they were not happy about it. Employees looks tired too.
