Decent food and good service, but overpriced and not great ambiance. The server was pleasant and attentive, but the prices are too high for essentially pub food in a parking lot. A tent in a parking lot does not amount to a beer garden, and the price for a pretzel or a slider is much higher than standard. The beer selection was good, but prices on drinks were also higher than normal. Not my favorite place in Falls Church, based on value and ambiance.

This is a very cool spot I can’t believe I haven’t found sooner! Super elegant and completely hidden in falls church. Driving by you would t even know it’s a restaurant. Looks like a wine shop only. But the menu and ambiance were great. I’m excited for the new butcher to open next door and that was the reason for checking it out. I will be back for sure!

We have been patrons of Dominion Wine since they opened in Falls Church and have come to appreciate the quality of their wine selections and level of service. So it's sad to report that we were very disappointed with our experience this Sunday afternoon. This, by the way, is the first review i have ever posted - for anything. My only hope in posting now is that it might prompt management to consider whether there are areas that can be strengthened as we have been loyal patrons of Dominion for many, many years.And here is the issue - we walked in Dominion this Sunday afternoon and the store was moderately busy, at best. We were never greeted by anyone and no one offered to assist us in selecting wines. At some point, my wife asked if she could use the restroom and she was directed by an attendant - who seemed quite annoyed in the moment - to the restroom in the main restaurant which is -- wait for it -- three flights of stairs above the ground floor level. Having frequented the store for years, we know that the store has a restroom on the ground level, but we were told that she needed to go up three flights of stairs to use the restroom.So, of course, my wife happily walked up the stairs to use the restroom and, upon coming back to the store level, confirmed with the attendant on hand that, in fact, there still is a restroom on the ground level. Walking up a few flight of stairs isn't the issue (though a few months ago, my wife never could have made that walk as she has been dealing with serious knee issues and is currently in rehabilitation). What is the issue, and what was truly disappointing, was to find that the warm, friendly atmosphere we are normally greeted with at Dominion was instead an atmosphere of annoyance or indifference at best. I hope Dominion can do better going forward as our experience over the years has been that Dominion is a a real jewel in our community in Falls Church.

Finally stayed to eat here after years of always grabbing beer to go.The upstairs is a whole other world, very formal dining room feel with a laid back (but also somehow elevated) menu. The food was great and the beer menu is huuuuuge.A helpful tip, so you don't wander around lost like I did, the bathrooms are above the dining room accessed from stairs in the back of the dining area.Only gripe is that I wish they had a slightly bigger dessert menu but the ice cream sandwich slices were delicious.

Top of the line beer list, excellent food and a great core of long term serving staff. I am happy to call myself a regular. The indoor bar and restaurant is clean, airy and comfortable. There are two tents in the back lot with plenty of outdoor seating. Parking is always plentiful. They also do great Brunch.

For dining, lovely ambiance inside and out. Service isn't always that great, particularly inside. The menu is limited but everything on it is excellent. For alcohol purchase, they can get anything. You can order it, pay for it ahead of time, back up and they will load it in your car.

Great time with outdoor seating on a Friday night! Waited for about 20 minutes for a table and food came out fast. Spicy chicken burger and steak and cheese were both great. The server was attentive and kind.
