I called to speak to the manager to help out our school, “RMD” was the name. He was so rude, he talked over me and when I asked if I could talk, he said “I don’t help out schools. Call whoever you want!!” And he hung up on my face! It would be great to have someone from Dominos corporate to get back to me for a follow up as I do not think this is acceptable behavior and I felt really talked down by an aggressive manager. Thank you.

Never order this store for a delivery. Very poor service. Ordered on app for 2 L cheese pizzas for my daughters pizza party for her friends. I pointed out that order should be delivered on 2:00 pm. But guess when it was delivered? 3:10. Very very disappointed and embarrassed. All kids waited for more than 1 hour. Some of them went back to their home because of starving. If it would be possible I’d like to rate with -5 stars. stay away from this store.. and they also made it appear as delivered on the pizza tracker.

I ordered two pizzas with thin crust. One with light cheese and some mushrooms. One pizza was burned. This store sold me a burned pizza . When I called the store, the person first hang up on me, I called the second time and the same person told me that this is how they make it because it has light cheese and thin crust and I did not indicate that it should be cooked less. He said that I can complain to the corporate office and said his name was MD. He was rude and unprofessional! This is the last time I have Dominos ever!!!

Better check your pizza before leaving here. I ordered thin crust pizza via the app, and have the receipt that proves it, but was given regular crust. Also ordered bone-in wings which are no better than the ones you get at 7-11 but are twice the price.

Ordering off the app was fast and easy. Every step of the process is provided from placing the order to delivery drop-off. You are even provided the names of whoever prepared your pizza and the delivery driver. Normally, the pizza is made just right. Today's delivery came with an area missing toppings. It looks like a bowl may have been placed on top of the pizza and once removed, took some of the toppings with it. No bother to fix it prior to delivery. Enjoy!

I'm from New York and I love pizza, and honestly it's really hard to find anything close to New York pizza in this area, So instead I order dominos a lot and I like it. Not that it's comparable to NY pizza but for the price and quality it's a fairly good pizza. But once I moved from McLean to falls church and start ordering from this location, what ever I liked about dominos pizza it's gone to the trash.. bad customer service, bad food both unpleasant.
Great customer service and absolutely everything was perfect! Corporate needs to reward staff that works this hard!

It’s a Dominos so pretty standard fast food pizza. It was fine but maybe my memories of hot greasy cheesy pizza are a little overblown because it wasn’t spectacular, but it’s fine. Didn’t have any issues with ordering to-go at this location.

Long story short I ended up having to call the police on the store manager for his aggressive behavior. He was very rude from the first moment of our interaction and unnecessarily escalated the situation during checkout. I will never eat at this company again.Towards the end of our interaction he communicated that he’d been there for 10 years and is “unfireable” that he will never be fired and believes his customer service is great. Ultimately the police asked me if I wanted to press charges and I declined. I highly doubt he would have behaved this way if I was not a woman alone with him in the store. Attaching photos of this experience.…look at what he did to our pizza box.
