Refused to deliver order during delivery hours. An employee called claiming they had no delivery driver to deliver to order. I ordered online. Completely unprofessional.

We placed an order and the time given to us the order was never taken by the driver and on our end it said delivered. I called and they said ok sorry for the inconvenience we will send you the order and it is going to be free. We waited agin and 40 minutes later still no food . I called back and the same story was given to me and said to wait 30 minutes This is ridiculous and when I calll back they asking me if I still want the food like we all waiting here to eat ??♀️ just worst service even !???

We had a kid’s birthday party and I ordered pizzas to be delivered at certain time so it’s nice and warm when delivered. The delivery guy came in 1hr earlier. I asked that my order to be cancelled and new pizzas to be delivered at the agreed upon time. The delivery guy was super pissed and said “ I’ll bring it back “. Another delivery guy came in at the agreed time and delivered exactly the same pizza they had delivered an hour earlier. The pizzas were cold and mess.. very disappointed and will never order dominos anymore

Easy access and location for Falls Church area. Always offering deals and the customer service is pretty consistently great. There a few window seats to wait for your food or eat a quick bite. Free Parking is right in front of the store. Pizza is always great and good quality. Very clear communication with regards to your order, from the app to the monitors inside the store.Parking: Always plenty of parking in front of the store. If not, a few feet away in the larger Safeway parking lot, there is a large amount of parking.

The service was good but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired using the cell phone during the preparation of the pizza. He does not wash his hands after using his cell phone, nor does he use gloves at any time.

Not only was it delivered way past the advertised time-frame. They clicked on delivered before it was actually delivered 25 minutes later and food being cold. 4 calls in to find out where when the driver shows up 5 minutes to 9 when order was placed at 730 pm.When calling back the next day to speak to Paul the "manager" was being told he needs to investigate the issue and feeling like it was not their issue the pizza was cold or late and to not trust the websites delivery times because the site was wrong on when they say it will be delivered.Dissatisfied and disappointing since my kids and nephew had to eat cold pizza and chicken parm sandwich.

Paulo was AMAZING! I had originally placed my order online at the time they open up, and I went to go pick it up. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the system, and it had my order as being placed for the following day… I walk in and he said, don’t worry I can have your pizza ready in less than 10 minutes and that is exactly what happened… He made it perfectly less than 10 minutes and I was out the door… He absolutely made up for where the computer system glitch! ???

This location has severely improved over the past months. Great costumer Service and Very Clean! The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The Pizza and Chicken wings are always well made. My family and I will definitely keep coming & ordering from this location! :)
