Visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. The ambience was good. Like the "live music" from Mexico, which is a projector but really reminds me of time when I had vacation in Mexico. Server checked us out from time to time, which was good. There are a full list of cocktails that you can choose from, and you can even ask bartender to customize your drinks. But the drink is a bit overpriced to my surprise - even more expensive than some other bars at town center of Falls Church or even McLean. Recommend the food there (a bit salty for me). But don't recommend the drinks there if you wanna spend your night drinking, lol

Best Mexican food I've had hands down. I'm come multiple times on Sunday morning just nursing a ridiculous hangover and it always hits the spot. The salsa absolutely slaps and there's nothing like a greasy, cheesy, delicious chimichanga to get the gears moving again. The margaritas are also a nice 11 AM hair of the dog to get you back on your feet.

Weird vibes, okay food. I went for the first time to this restaurant on a Wednesday night. They were blasting music and a women was sporadically singing into a karaoke microphone adding to the unnecessary level of noise for an early dinner in the middle of a week. Weirdly, there was a security guard with a gun at the front door....again unnecessary on a Wednesday night. Food was just fine. Rice had more of a Asian flare than a Mexican flavor. Will not return.

When this restaurant bought Blancas I took the opportunity to look for pupusa places in fairfax. We haven't found any places that we liked. Well I am glad we went back , although it's new ownership and now is called El Patron the pupusas are good. The curtido is really good. And the service was very nice. We will be going back even if it's a bit of a drive . I want to try their menu since they have really spruced it up from previous restaurant. My family loved it. I am telling you we have been to several places and they didn't come close. These tasted home made . Loved it!!

Yesterday I went for dinner I sat at the bar and ordered a margarita and when I got it and gave a sip i saw something inside and I thought it was a mosquito but it was a cockroach. I gave it to the bartender and she didn't even apologize. Never going back again!

Their pupusas are literally so awful. I ordered meat and cheese ones to be delivered, and they not only forgot to include the cabbage or salsa in my order, but there was literally NO meat and barely any cheese in them. They basically taste like bland, think, dry a** corn tortillas with a pinch of cheese. Maybe try the other stuff on their menu? I want to throw up.
