Burgers are great, maybe the best. But staff lacks attention to detail. Messed up the order for the few items and forgot the extra patty for the burger too. Got it in person to go, tough and disappointing

I am really upset with the way I was treated, I said that I had an allergy and I watched the guy making my burger touch a bun and then touch my food. When I said it's an allergy he got angry and gas lit me. There was a nice guy who was cooking and watched over him to make sure he didn't contaminate my food any further but the one guy was very rude, blaming it on it being busy. I understand that, but when an allergy is marked the very least you can do is try not to contaminate it. I don't care if it takes longer. I love the food and will just be eating the burger not the lettuce which he contaminated but wow that was incredibly rude and disrespectful! The location is really cool and the vibe is nice but wow that guy was a jerk!

I love the food here especially the fries, and this location is clean, the restrooms are locked until you use the code at the bottom of your receipt, and I like this because it stops people from trashing

Two female workers carrying on a conversation, and laughing, while attempting to take my order. Whistled and shouted my order number at me. Workers very loud, and created an uninviting atmosphere.

I was not impressed. The order was terrible and they put cheese on my hamburger. I ate half and threw the rest away. This was the worst Five Guys I have ever visited.
Simon took care of me when my pregnant wife’s order was wrong. He was friendly and the rest of the staff was also great. Thank you for fixing the mistake without a hassle and also giving me gc for the drive back!

I remember when they just had that small storefront in Arlington. Best fast food burgers around. Fries send them over the top. When you go there suggest you ask them not to press the burgers down on the grill when cooking. Squashing the burgers down Cooks the meat faster but turns them into hockey pucks. That is my only complaint. They only really started smashing the burgers down after their expansion and no longer had one of the brothers doing quality control.

This is the nicest Five Guys location I've been to in a while. Burgers were spot on + the fries were crispier than I've had elsewhere. Def a good stop if you like the style of burger they do.

Burger was a serious amount of food- by default it came with two patties."Little" fries seemed more than generous amount, super tasty!Milkshake was wonderful.Yeah, it's pricey compared to fast food, but it is what it is.
