This place deserves 5 stars because the burger was delicious and probably the least sloppy burger I've had from any 5 guys. The problem is that I paid $11 for a (jr) burger and only a burger. Yes, "times are hard." Which is why I'm cutting down on fast food thanks to 5 Guys.If you're the kind of person who likes to treat themselves to a treat, then you can expect this franchise to meet that urge. Everyone is professional, the establishment is clean and easy to get to. There's plenty of parking.Conversely, you can expect to pay a little more for a similar meal at a sit down restaurant, regrettably, but not too far off.Do I recommend? Maybe, if inflation weren't driving prices up for everything or any other economic reason that drives food services up.

I went there for an Interview that was scheduled days ago. I told the staff I had the interview and the manager with a serious face straight up told me they are not hiring anyone and that she doesn’t give interviews and that they don’t anyone. Despite having "We are hiring!” Signs and Hyping it up on email. Bad service and just wasted my time.

Horrible attitude from the guy with tattoos and basketball hat working the fries Cuz they were closing and I was literally an online order picking up….. the whole closing staff gets bitter at night, which come on I understand it’s late and you wanna go home it’s only human, but don’t blame the customers when we come in over 15 minutes before closing. You don’t have to be bitter, I’d actually prefer you just tell me the kitchen was closed rather than be served by a bunch of petty low class people with attitude

Ordered a regular sized fries and it came with less than the normal portion of a little fries. I thought Five Guys was known for the value vs portion size?! Or is it just this location thats being cheap with their portions?

I remember when they just had that small storefront in Arlington. Best fast food burgers around. Fries send them over the top. When you go there suggest you ask them not to press the burgers down on the grill when cooking. Squashing the burgers down Cooks the meat faster but turns them into hockey pucks. That is my only complaint. They only really started smashing the burgers down after their expansion and no longer had one of the brothers doing quality control.

ordering food was super smooth, even tipped the service. I didn't hear my number being called and the lady rudely said "hey you" and rolled her eyes at me. I apologized for not hearing her, but she was very sassy. I most definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

I didn’t get the burger the way I asked. I paid $22 and I asked for tomatoes, lettuce and onions. But the guy forgot my tomatoes. Then I realized then I told the guy and he said do want the tomatoes. I already ate the whole burger. I didn’t go to McDonald’s I went to Five Guys. I was not happy the guy probably didn’t understood English.

Five Guys (in general) is very pricey for a burger, but it's still a good burger. Putting aside generalizations for the chain, this specific location is incredibly clean and has some of the nicest staff I've been served with. They were patient while I decided what to put on my burger, made sure I was adequately serve and didn't need anything else, and when there was downtime, they clean very thoroughly. I don't ever call in to compliment or complain about things, but I made it a point to call in and let the owner or manager know how professional the employees were.
