My favorite things about the Galley Cafe: 1) The unpredicatble prices. How fun! Going to the cash register is like spinning a wheel of fortune where you'll never be charged the same thing twice--but at least it is consistent in that the amount is always more than what is listed on the selection board. 2) Playing the which ingredients are missing game! Go ahead, order a sandwich from the board. Turns out that list of ingredients is "optional." Not optional for you. Optional for them. I just love opening the wrapper when I get back to my office and there's nothing but a piece of bread and a slice of meat. Helps keep my figure! 3) Listening to them insult other customers. Well, sometimes they insult me too, but that's not as funny. Anyway, the only thing keeping this place in business is its monopoly in an extremely out of the way office building, although I'm not sure I know anyone in the building that still goes--and I love that we are supposed to believe that someone from Miami happened across this place and gave it 5 stars (as their only review). :-p

I've been to many deli's inside office buildings and this one is my favorite. They actually take pride in their food and switch things up to keep the customers from getting bored of eating the same turkey club combo week in and week out. The owners are Korean and they make some awesome traditional korean bbq dishes that seem to always sell out before i get there :( You can't ask for better service and quality of food from your local office deli.

This place is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I really recommend any one of the dishes they have here. Especially the breakfast burrito!

I want to call the police because I've just been robbed and the Galley Cafe' is the one who robbed me. I went down at 12:45 to get their Monday special and they were sold out........AT 12:45? Ok, I can accept that. But when the lady behind the counter started wheeling and dealing with me, I thought that she was going to cut me some slack since THEY ran out of food. Um, no. She gave me a scoop of chicken and 2 scoops of rice and charge me $5. The special of the day which would have filled a Styrofoam container, was $6.99. I am stuck between a rock & a hard place though.....when it's cold outside & you forget your lunch who ya gonna call? GALLERY CAFE! They're conveniently located in my office building for future rubbing. For the record, they get 2 stars because they're food IS good. The taco salad is deeeee-lish-us!
