Like the other reviews, Trixie or Traxie (couldn’t remember) is so rude!! Horrible attitude and looks really unhappy with her job. She should stop working there.

The first time I was there was a good experience, you can tell they’re training their trainees well. Diana took my order and her customer service was exceptional.

We love their chocolate egg waffle! It’s crispy and not too sweet. The only downside is that it’s freshly made, so it can take a long while before you get it. The drinks here are okay, and lemon ai-yu is my favorite so far. Overall, it’s a nice place to drop by after a meal in the Eden Center.

We used to love this place even this restaurant only accept cash, but this place is going downhill in a steep ski slope. We went last Saturday and expected to have a long wait line (like years ago), but the restaurant was only 30% full. I should have known. We ordered our usual. My seafood soup tasted fishy. My partner beef soup was ok but full of saturated fat with layers of oil on top. We will not come back anymore since we have better option somewhere else.

Without a doubt, the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. The staff is also very hospitable and efficient. I went there on a busy Saturday with 7 family members, and we were seated promptly and served promptly. My nephew is a vegetarian who visits Vietnam regularly, so he ordered several different vegetarian dishes for us to share. My favorite was the crepes—out of this world! Cooked perfectly, they were tender with crispy edges. We also enjoyed sautéed Chinese broccoli, sautéed snap pea sprouts, crispy noodles with tofu and veggies, steamed vermicelli with pickled veggies and fresh spring rolls. My 92 year old father said the homemade wontons in the hearty won soup was the best he ever had. The owners are happy to accommodate your requests…highly recommend!

9/2/23Today is Eden Garden Celebration. Today we see this store for the first time.Today my wife is trying a Honeydew Smoothie. Today I would have tried a Oreo Mochi. Donut, but they were $4.00 each.Today, I was let down gently...water under the bridge. The kiosk machines have really taken off at a number of businesses. The order machine takes away the ability to have a face to face experience with a human being. The staff doesn't look happy. The staff does seem to be in a good. This gives the staff more time to apparently make more drink, food or both. The drink my wife aquired had her talking about the place for a while. I am sure she will be back for another drink very soon.I might try this place out the next time we or I am here.I might try something good here.I might like what I order, but we will have to wait and see.We will be back for sure.

This location has bubble waffles! I had been craving them for quite a while, and it really hit the spot. The waffle itself is deliciously, crunchy and pairs well with the ice cream. I got the Matcha flavor. They also sell mochi donuts which are slightly above the average price around this area but definitely a novelty.Vegetarian options: Most times are vegetarianDietary restrictions: They offer dairy free options
Be sure to double check that your drink was made correctly. I ordered boba for my drink but it didn't include any. It wasn't even that busy too. Oh well. It's really nice and clean inside in the Eden Center.

Poor customer service. The staff all have attitude but I still chose to give them a nice tip. In the end, they didn't even give me a bag to put my teas and waffles. They expect me to hand carry all these items? Don't come to this store.

Very easy experience. Drinks are made to order, so be patient. You can order through a cashier or a large tablet. We used the tablet because we didn't want to hold the line up (and it's a bit easier to see all your options and add ons). One in our group did a strawberry smoothie with mango boba, another did passion fruit with all sorts of jellies, and I did coconut with regular boba. It was delicious. I'd go back (this was my first visit). Very clean as well. We decided to enjoy our drinks outside because the weather was great and you cannot beat people watching at the eden center.

Expensive for a bubble tea, for a regular drink it's about $10. It's also not for dairy allergenic
