I would like to give a zero but it's not possible! We went here to eat and the guy acted like we were not there for a few. When he did acknowledge us , he said hello instead of As Salaamu Alaikum! The place was totally empty and it was approximately 5pm, the guy asked us if we wanted to take away? I said no, we want buffet, he seemed annoyed and said they were booked. He didn't want us to eat there and he felt no way to show us that. Discrimination, racism, prejudice and rudeness are NOT qualitties that an employee of any businesses should exert! I would NOT suggest giving your money to the place if you have dark skin! The racism is disgusting!

We had the worst buffet experience ever. The manager wanted us to go to finish our meal sooner and it was just 10 minutes after Iftari, because two of his relatives were late and there were no empty seats anywhere while we were 7 people. The Biryani wasn’t really good, the fish smelled horrible, the chicken smelled kinda bad and the shrimp wasn’t really cooked well. The manager was rude and its management sucks…

Alright Halal Hunan Village is a unique buffet place that claims to have over 70+ options from a variety of cultures and places ranging from Indian to Chinese to Pakistani, you name it, they claim to have it.... issue is they don't. They don't have even half of the options that the buffet claims to have. But let's backtrack a second. Upon our reception into the buffet, we had to pay and that's where the first red flag was identified. They had a scummy surcharge of 2 dollars 50 cents per person. So original price was supposed to be round 14.50 per person but with the surcharge it is now like 17 dollars. So having misleading advertising should have been the first sign to not come here however we braved forwards and didn't heed this warning. Now back to the buffet, the options are nonexistent compared to other reviews and like I said before they have barely any options. See attached pictures below. Now let's go onto the next negative aspect of this buffet, the drinks. The drinks are quite frankly really bad and if you want to drink something better and not originally associated with your meal you gotta pay an exorbitant ammount more. But let's go back to the free buffet drinks. The rose tea is alright however it's like they took a bucket of red 40 chemical dye and dumped it into the drink giving it a really red look. Next up the other drinks aka the warm drinks. Ranged from a variety of milk teas and hot drinks. Issue is, it is near impossible to drink any of these due to their absolutely insane temperature setting. The milk tea which I attempted to drink was set at a whooping 212 degrees and after waiting 5 minutes for it to cool down I attempted to touch my tounge and feel for how hot it was, and immediately burned my tounge. It was quiet frankly undrinkable in any time frame at all.Now let's move onto the next worst thing about this place. The hygiene. The hygiene and cleanliness standards for this place where abhorrent. From the cups to the utensils and even some of the tables they were filthy and dirty. I question if anyone actually ran the utensils and cups though a dishwasher. There are left over food particles and crusty food bits left in drinks and Pepsi cups and etc. What I learned is that this buffet is a ghost town. There are hundreds of seats but our small group of 5 was the only ones sitting down. It is a ghost town, seems we were the only ones that were dumb enough to decide to risk eating here. Even the water didn't taste much like water.TLDR: Cost to quality of food is bad, hygiene is bad, food is frozen tasting, it's a scam for its price, go elsewhere.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces, anything short of a semi can park here.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk isn't the best but you can make it into the restaurant with minimal to neglectable difficulty.

Came all the way an entire hour and 30 mins away. We were barely greeted me I told the gentlemen we were here for the Buffett. He looked at us and looked at his co-worker and whispered something. Then all of a sudden they are booked up. Not very sympathetic of the distance that we came.

I read and heard so much about this place so today we friends made an impromptu plan to do iftari here. Let me tell you all please don’t believe on the negative reviews here. The food and variety were just phenomenal. Not only taste was great but it was freshly prepared. We party of 6 people thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was very organized too, not once any dish that had seen empty. I highly recommend especially during Ramadan for iftarri. I’m not sure about the bill as it was paid by one of our friends.

Had iftar buffet last week and it was delicious. So many dishes and most of them tasted good and fresh. Good to see a Halal restaurant consistently maintaining its essence. A must try restaurant!

We so wanted to love this place. It’s advertised as $29.99 but it’s actually $35 for the ramadan buffet. Unfortunately this place did not live to our expectations. It’s labeled as Chinese but there was 3 items that were Chinese. The Asian menu was terrible the day we went, orange chicken was just not edible and most importantly, they should pay attention to the sanitation of their plates. It was so crowded, definitely a safety hazard

I been there many times and do done take out on regular basis. Couple of times before I encountered the food was not hot instead it was cold so was the case today. But the worst part is i got fried egg plant and it wasn’t fresh it was definitely from yesterday because all of the pieces were hard and stale and cold as well just like the garlic chicken. That’s a health issue eating old food and not kept hot at required temperature by food and health department standards. Owner is being cheap instead of throwing away the food at the end of the day they serve it to people next day cold wow good job. And the girl was on the phone talking to someone didn’t put the phone down and didn’t know what i was asking I asked I wanted to place an order for nihari and she was lost because she was on the phone while working so then she couldn’t find it how to charge me so I changed my mind and decided to do the takeout and it was just worse should have just walked out and gotten food from somewhere else. Oh the times I have been there to dine in the seats are all old and torn up and wripped and dirty there were stains of curry and stuff you have to go through all the empty seats to find a clean one.

I went here for the Ramadan Iftar buffet and I have to say I was SO impressed. I went with my family and amongst us there’s multiple dietary preferences and restrictions (vegetarian, pescatarian, doesn’t eat lamb, etc.) hunan had SO much variety - meat, vegetarian, seafood, etc. and every single item I had was HIGH QUALITY & flavored so well. Nothing disappointed. I thought maybe I wouldn’t like one thing but I loved everything. There were so many options & the options were refilled relatively frequently. I had a great time and every single person in my family with different taste buds also had great things to say — will definitely be returning!
