Honest review of this place is if the food and price was as good as the service, it'd get 5 stars. I was excited to eat after receiving such amazing service but once I got to eating I had paid $ 19 (tipped as well) for a bowl that just didn't deliver. Fair enough the avocado was + $2 dollars but their bowls are shallow and covers are high so in my to go order it looked like I was walking away with more. I had the ahi tuna, some pieces had a strange taste to it and the spicy sauces were not spicy. It's a nice restaurant, pretty location but too expensive for a shallow bowl of rice. I had to buy more food to fill me up afterwards. Unfortunately won't return.

Well prepared 3 scoops protein Poke bowl for takeout. Friendly staff and they gave me a tasting portion of an ice cream. Sweet detail. I hope they can add eel sauce as one of the options.

As a first time customer here, I was very disappointed to find a hair in my poke bowl. I took it back and the associate in the store offered me a refund after speaking with the manager. The charge has posted to my account and I was never issued a refund. I’m extremely disappointed in the service here and will not be returning. I’ll be letting others know as well.

Got 3 proteins and the portions were super small, the fish is not fresh and made me feel sick immediately after eating. Avoid.

The fish here is just not fresh, and frankly I’m a bit concerned for my safety having had some. It has the texture of regular grade fish that has just been defrosted. I suspect it’s not sushi grade.A few other things: the topping and protein selection isn’t as comprehensive as other poke spots in the area. There are a lot of sauces, but none are described on the signage, and they have names that give no indication as to what they are, so you have to ask staff. The staff was kind in answering and explaining things though, since the process for making your bowl here isn’t clear.

My husband and I just stopped in for lunch. The lady serving us was so kind and attentive. It was my first time ever having poke and I loved it! She helped me build my bowl and even gave us a free sample of the dole whip. The place was clean and the food was delicious. You don’t find many places with service like this anymore.

I discovered this place when I first moved to the area and the location is so convenient! I decided to try the place since I never tried Poke Bowls prior to and I've been hooked ever since!! Their poke bowls are the reason why I started eating them! I've been coming to this location for a few months now and I've tried other places, but this one has the perfect flavors! My favorite is the Salmon Bowl. They did recently change the menu recipe, but I'm still able to get it the way I had it the first day. I've been recommending this place to everyone I know!

We came here a lot. It was my go to place for poke bowl until, today. The avocado is not fresh and the spring mix is very watery - the bottom of the bowl has a whole layer of liquid and the rice is all soaked.

This was by far the worst food I had in a long time. I have pretty low expectation for poke restaurants in DMV, but it can't get worse than this restaurant. They give you very little protein. Nothing was fresh. Tuna was blend, salmon was off tasting, octopus was edible. The worst part was veggie was rotten in one of the bowls, and we had to throw away the entire bowl. I wouldn't eat their food even if they are free. The best thing about this restaurant is dole whip.
The servers are always friendly and quick. Plus, they keep the scoop for tofu separate from the others so that there's no mixing of meat and non-meat ingredients. Much appreciated!Vegetarian options: It's easy to make a completely vegetarian bowl.

Very kind lady at the counter. She found out we were new to the restaurant, she explained everything to us patiently and even apologized for the delay due to the large group in front of us. She didn’t push us to the build your own bowl option but encouraged us to try it out with the planned meal.We picked the spicy tuna bowl and the amount of protein and vegetables is amazing when compared to many others named franchises. It’s delicious as well! We sat and ate while waiting for our car to be charged. Perhaps it was Easter holiday, we were offered a tiny bite size gluten free, lactose free, and dairy free yogurt ice cream as dessert.Highly recommended for their amazing service and food.

Hello,The worst customer service the white lady has. The employee that helped me out with the food was nervous. The woman that I mentioned before definitely didn’t have the spirit of aloha. I was not even able to purchase my food because she stated that she didn’t take $100.00 bill. I felt very uncomfortable. DONT WASTE your time coming here, my humble opinion.Mahalo,
