First time at customer, and I found the food was OK, but the staff was sullen, surly and had no interest in offering good attentive service. Can't stand to pay for food in a place where the staff is so unfriendly and uncaring. I told them I was first timer but they were frustrated and dismissive when I asked how ordering and serving worked.

I tried Jason's deli for the first time here and oh man it did not disappoint. I ordered a Rueben and it was freaking delicious, I love how they have all the options as well. My wife likes cold subs and I like warm sandwiches so they truly offer the best of both worlds!!

I eat at some of the best restaurants in NOVA and I have to say Jason's Deli is a gem of a find. For the money it has excellent food. One of the best salad bars in this whole area. You must try this place. Nothing fancy but a great variety of food

Jason's has the best salad bar in the city! 3 types of fresh greens with an outrageous amount of toppings and dressings. Potato salads were delicious. Pasta salad fine. Don't bother with the couscous salad - watery and tasteless. My friend had a steak sandwich that looked amazing. Huge portion. She was delighted with the taste. Clean environment with extensive menu and plenty of seating. Free parking. Nothing fancy but you weren't expecting that from a deli, we're you? :) Customer service absolutely fine.

Bonus soft serve ice cream is a nice freebie treat.Must recognize the great staff, who are friendly and efficient. They don't accept cash tips so remember to add it to your credit card.

They have never gotten an order right for us. When the staff is asked to correct the issue they are incredibly rude. It’s unfortunate because the food is great but the ineptitude is not worth the hassle.
Fantastic food and great service. I had the Chipotle Chicken and Avocado panini, which was delightful!

Every chance we get we come here for lunch. No school for kids then we go have lunch at Mason’s deli. David and everyone there is always so friendly and the food is great!!!!

I used to love Jason's Deli and would go frequently. Their Rueben the Great has long been one of my favs. I can't quite give 5 stars, however, as the last two times I've been at this particular branch I've found the food lacking in the freshness that I used to expect. It could be due to the labor shortage and other pandemic-related issues so I'm certainly willing to give them another try.
