This location used to be good, but has been horrible the last two orders. Two weeks ago, the order took 20 minutes and the bread was over cooked and hard. Today, i show up and they said they accidentally voided my online order and need me to pay again. Ok, no problem. I drive 5 miles home, open my sandwich, and they messed up my #12 so bad, plus somehow forgot to put the turkey on it. A sandwich without meat. Very disappointing. Might not be worth driving there every week any more.

Guess what, i didnt get the chance to try the place!I'm a subway fan, heard good stuff about JJ and that theyre similar in concept... so i went in to this branch in particular, a working lady approached me..Me: Hi! This is my first time here, could u help me with how things work here where to start from, etc....Lady: yes sure, the menu is up here, what do you want.Me:... umm, so where do i startLady: read and see for yourselfMe: alright, thanks... left the store.If you dont WANT to sell, i will not buy.. this is my principal in life.

Second week in a row I ordered delivery on a Sunday. Was more than one and a half hours before the food came. Sandwiches ended up being soggy and uneatable. Last time I order from this Jimmy John's. Next time I'll do jersey mikes two blocks away from them

Jimmy Johns is walking distance from my house; I choose to go to Lazy Mikes / McDonalds.Nice product, just a little too pricey.Parking: Lots of parking available.

Their sandwiches are great. Service is fast and efficient. They don't talk much because they're busy. Ambience does not apply as it's more of a carry out place. It next to Virginia ABC Liquor store. It's a very convenient location.
Ordered thru DoorDash Sunday 11th at 7:47pm. The order went thru, but about 5 minutes later a lady calls me and says that they are closed and I would get my refund in 5 business days. I just got my bank statement and no refund. I contacted DoorDash but there’s been more than 3 days past the order and they can’t refund it. I left a message thru the Jimmy John’s website and I haven’t received anything. Look here on google and the same happened to someone else. This place is STEALING $$$. I lost $28.80. Please be careful ordering here, go somewhere else! I am so mad!

Was at 8:10 pm Friday at the door of this Jimmy John's location and the guy behind the cashier said we already closed. In the app still did say that this guys close at 9:00 pm. Very disappointed

Ordered online September 9th. A woman called from the store and said their driver wasn’t available but our order would be refunded in four days. It never was. I’ve called the store twice and left messages asking when my refund would be processed and still haven’t been called.

In store, it's a great spot for lunch. For delivery, it's money in the bank there will be an issue and you can rest assured you'll get your order 45 minutes to an hour after the original "out for delivery"notification goes out via their mobile app. It's not an issue if you order a cold sandwich, I guess. The past three times I've ordered, I'm batting 1.000 for a delivery issue. More annoying is the app prompts for a tip beforehand. I feel like a s***** tipping for such a rotten delivery experience. Additionally, staff addresses males as "boss", which I find grating.
