We got the plate for two and boy oh boy were we in for a surprise. The portions were generous and the plate was just a dream come true. The lamb was tender and fell off the bone, the flavors spoke of the culture and the heart the food carried within it. One of the best experiences i’ve had in a very long time. Will be back inshallah.

Kulan is a very good little Somali cafe. Freshly cooked dishes with great flavor and spices. I had the lamb and rice. It was so much it made two meals. This also came with a fresh salad and a banana. While plain inside, the food is anything but plain!
