A first time hot pot experience to remember for me! We ordered the unlimited which basically just means a buffet style toppings area while the meat is brought to the table (up to three plates at a time for the meat). I really like the concept of splitting the broth and getting “the best of both worlds”, so we did the spicy and the original. For our meat, we did garlic marinated beef, chicken, and beef short plate. So good! As far as toppings— where do I start? Veggies: Napa cabbage, corn, broccoli, sweet potato, potato. Noodles: vermicelli and a thicker noodle. Mushrooms and tofu. So many toppings I just didn’t have room to try, but would love to on a future trip here!

My favourite hot pot restaurant! All you can eat meat and a buffet for veg, fish etc. Lots of different types of tofu and handmade dumplings, self serve soda and sauce bar. Only things I would improve would be to update the bathroom and offer some more Asian beers. Service is super quick and staff are helpful :)Vegetarian options: Buffet is full of vegetarian options, vegetables, fruit, potato, tofu and noodles

UPDATED: Gave this place another chance as a friend wanted to come here for hotpot. I was surprised that the both tasted as good as it used to be. They had the fish roe balls back. The meat was also good. I still like the old days more but I give them credit for making improvementsIt’s sad to give this place one star when it used to be my favorite place for hotpot in the area. I used to patronize the restaurant so frequently even during covid time that the old staffs remember me. It all went downhill when they changed it to all you can eat. The broth is bad. Most of my favorite items are gone: enoki mushroom, fish tofu, quail egg, and the fish roe balls. The broth is no longer good (they add more water to the recipe or something). Most of the food items at the buffet stand tasted and smelled so bad especially the fish balls (I only had one tiny bite and I had to spit it out. We picked this place for our anniversary dinner and I left feeling very sad, for a very great restaurant with many good memories was gone.

The best of the best hot pot place I've been to that has the quality, service, attentiveness, and friendly attitude like Happy Lamb Hot Pot. I travel for work and have had many hot pots from many different states but this here is the crown jewel. Ranking #1 in U.S. for all categories. I couldn't believe to find out this is Mongolian Chinese Hot Pot. Best of the best. Love you guys. I'm your biggest fan. Can't wait til you come to Georgia.

first time eating chinese hotpot. it was incredible. its like korean bbq but in a bowl of soup rather than a grill. the best of both worlds option with a spicy and mild was great. I stayed on the spicy side. The thin sliced beef and vegtables cooked best in the broth fyi.Kid-friendliness: reduced price for kids. my 8 year old is picky but loved this place oddly.
Vegetarian friendly and lots of pescatarian options; so yummy. Great staff, service, and atmosphere; absolutely loved it!

So yummy! We came here to have our Chinese New Year meal. We chose the original marrow broth and the spicy marrow broth. The original broth has so many different herbs that reminded me of my mom’s herbal soups from my childhood. We ordered three plates of meat for 2 adults and 1 kid and it was way too much meat that we couldn’t finish. We got lamb, beef and pork - all of them were very tender. The lamb was not gamey at all and was mild in taste.I love that you can go get your own vegetables, fish balls, and all other items for your hot pot when you want. They had interesting items like intestine, tendon, bamboo shoots, tripe, etc. We really liked the tendon and intestine. Everything was fresh. There was a drink station with water and sodas. You can also ask for a pot of tea (free). We enjoyed our meal here and would recommend this place. The waiters were friendly and helpful.
