It is the worst place I have ever visited, the bathrooms are always dirty and have terrible service and I think the manager discriminates in the hiring of employees. A few weeks ago a person insisted on being hired and with some experience, and the manager preferred someone of his own. own country, even though the boy insisted, he served a girl and hired her the next day, despite the boy's efforts, the manager didn't care, the service is terrible and the people who speak Spanish are friendlier

I visited it twice and never again... The place is messy and dirty, the service is always very delayed, they leave customers waiting without being attended to and this generates lines and discomfort, the service is terrible!! And now something worrying that I observed in my 2 visits was people smoking and drinking alcohol outside at the tables of this place, it feels unsafe to visit with children, the administration should inform the police of this happening.

Absolutely atrocious, incompetent service. The kiosks are all broken -- they can't take payment, and they don't print a receipt, so when you go to the counter to pay, nobody has any idea what is going on. That's even when they man the counter -- you might have to wait ten minutes before they notice there's a customer. They've also lately been giving meals to other people and straight up messing up orders. Like I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal, because they apparently just forgot about it or never actually entered it into the system. Then, when they give it to me, they're missing fries! Did folks skip training? I also witnessed the manager being really mean to a black customer standing next to me, who just asked for sauces and she gave him an unnecessarily hard time about it. It was literally hostile. I've been to some bad McDonald's before, but this is legitimately just trash.

Only person in the drive thru at 10:50 and I just ordered one double cheeseburger. The Guy at the window asked me to pull up to the pick up spot. They forgot about me and had to run in after I see 3 cars drive pass me and get their food. Also I was the only in the restaurant when I walked in and I still had to do the most to get someone’s attention.

Terrible customer service, the corporation has to do something about it, one is not going to ask for such poor service, one of the supervisors who served me threw the food at me, I told her I'm going to talk to your boss, she told me that she didn't care, definitely not.
