Came here for an event and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and the music and light shop popped off! Well definitely be returning!

Giving one star for service, they scammed us they told us whatever the food amount would take off the rate of the room, but when we finished they said that we went over the time so we had to pay the full price of the room plus the food, so it went from $75 to $200. We were going to be there for 2 hours, they gave us a warning at 1 hour so we thought that we would get a warning at 2 hours. When i asked why werent we told for two hours, they said they dont do warnings at all, even though we got the one hour warning. We weren't sure when we got there so we ended up staying a little over, and ended up get charged $150 extra.Don't go here they will steal your money.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. When it comes to events, everything is at the lobby once you walk in and it's filled with neon lights, a dimly lit bar full of many offerings of alcohol you can get, a few small sections for VIP for your friends, and usually a DJ playing their music. There's open karaoke as well but I don't know if people sing often in the lobby. So I have been here many times for my friends and even booked a room as well. Rooms are spacious and they do have pretty nice audio. But there is one thing that truly irks me every time I come here. So they have a touch screen where you can add your karaoke songs through YouTube or through their system but getting the videos to load is a pain. It's annoying to deal with because it skips to the next song in queue so if you are with a group of 5+ more people, it can be very stressful. The worst part is we asked the staff about it and they aren't really sure what to do about the connection. I mean they should really fix that because I'm sure it gets people upset. No one wants their song to be skipped. Aside from that, you can also hear the loudness from other rooms, I don't expect that to be an issue but it's noticeable on busy nights. If you do plan to go here, there's one thing I highly advise before going. Check their socials if they are hosting any event and call ahead to know about the room rates. The website shows their original flat rates for the room but in events, they raise the prices up. If you go in person, check the menu before deciding to put your money down. This place also adds gratuity to the bill so be prepared to drop down a lot. While I frequently come back here just to hang out with friends, karaoke is one of my favorite hobbies. Its never a good time when your song doesn't get played or you get charged way more than you should.

Searched for a karoke bar in the area and this came about and WHAT A FUN FIND! Shared karoke area with dance floor paired with DJ and full bar! We booked a small room for 4 people for under and hour and had the best time belting our hearts out to 90's musics! The staff and team were so helpful with setting up the mics, tuning & ordering! Will definitely come back next time I'm in town!

Came here to visit with co-workers on a Thursday and we couldn’t even get a song in to have fun and sing. It was the bartender and a couple that kept skipping songs so they could keep singing. It was the weirdest thing ever.

Loved this place. celebrated my birthday here on a Saturday night and had the best time! All of my friends had a blast singing karaoke - the song list/tech has pretty much everything from oldies to third eye blind, spice girls, lizzo, Miley and Taylor swift - drake too! Def recommend this place for a fun night out with friends!

Best time and best space for a bug group! Had about 25 people in a private room and it was great! The iPad is so nice to use for song choices.

Pretty cool place—nice decor, fantastic food & decent drink selection. The service is pretty slow & the reserved rooms are pricey, but other than that, had a great experience!Highly recommend the saké & fried rice!

I can't speak for the food but we had a blast singing karaoke here! They have a main lobby with shared karaoke but you can also rent private rooms. The karaoke machines do pull from youtube and a little wonky to operate but we enjoyed our time regardless.

Great music for your weekend party! If you want to bring your friends and have them entertained with energetic music, this is your place to be. If you like Karaoke, MusicBox has many private rooms that you can practice your singing with your crew. I will come back again for one of their weekend Electronic Music parties.

Hey let's start off with the good things so you can truly understand the depth of my review. The good things are you don't have to be over 21 or 18. I'm a 16 year old who turned 17 the day I went here. A lot of karaoke places requires age, if it's after 9pm then only you would be 18/21+. Amazing place, the service was great and we were told that the wifi is choppy sometimes, but not only was it really choppy, the karaoke screen was very slow just to type as-well, we pressed many times. I also believe we didn't take enough time to actually experience the diversity in their system. All around I would recommend going here for fun if you are a teen like me struggling to find a karaoke without the worry of being 18 or 21+.
