I went to this based on a Facebook Foodie group recommendation. I concur with their assessment that this place is good.If you want no frills traditional American Chinese takeout, this is the spot. There are only two tables in there, so there's not really a place to eat at unless you have a quick lunch break or go solo.Prices are fair, portions are good, and food tastes great. We had tried 4 dishes: Singapore noodles, eggplant with garlic sauce, Kung pao, and lo mein. They were all good. Food was packed well.I like it. ??

Got the Beef Chow Fun and was very happy with my meal, generous serving and lots of green onion & onion, just how I like it! Trued the fried dumplings which were yummy but quite small.

I am always looking for a good Chinese take out that has great Egg Fu Young and Hot Sour Soup. This place is my favorite of all places. Not many Chinese restaurants have Egg Fu Young.... And this place not only has it but it's fantastic..... their other dishes are delicious as well. Very reasonable prices. Our go to place for Chinese take out.

Very fast delivery to Fairfax Hospital vascular Bldg. I called in to have food delivered to my brother, being I'm in Texas wasn't sure how this was going to play out but everything did! My delivery driver Jimmy was awesome!

Fantastic Chinese Food at a good price, nothing else to say! Ordered $70 worth of food this evening and was ready in about 20 minutes. Ate here over the summer and yes, you can sit down if you're in a pinch for time and don't want anything fancy (was on an airport run). Definitely try them!

I know I've reviewed North China Cafe before, but I have to write again about how much our family loves this place. The food is always delicious, and delivered quickly. I have a very minor issue with an order a couple of weeks ago, and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Awesome as always, and thank you!!

It was a chilly day and I felt hungover and all I wanted some a hot, soul warming soup. And I randomly stumbled across North China Cafe. I ended up ordering an egg drop soup and beef chow fun to go (they only do delivery or togo). Let me tell you that this egg drop soup heals!!!! I felt immediately better and there was a good amount of egg to soup ratio whilst keeping the traditional goopy egg drop soup texture. The soup came with some fried wonton crackers which was so good and came out fresh and warm. Tip: add some chili oil or black vinegar! The service was friendly and everything came out within 10-15 minutes! The beef chow fun ratio for noodle, meat and onions were a bit off but the fact that the egg drop soup was so good... Ill let it slide... Anyways.... I strictly only come here for soup. The egg drop soup ofc and the hot and sour soup was surprisingly good as I typically don't like hot and sour.
