Very unprofessional. Today I paid for my meal which was $35.07 and was charged an additional $8.47 without a reason as a second transaction. The manager was very rude and spoke to me like I was a child not like I was a civil adult. The manager refused to give me a refund of the $8.47 that was wrongly stolen from me.

Hunter was really good! He was attentive, fast and effective. The food was also really good! However, during my entire meal, a staff member (maybe a host) was in the bar area (where I was seated) on FaceTime my entire meal with no headphones. She was cursing, obnoxious, and just overall so loud that I could barely focus on the conversation I was having. The 5 star review is strictly because Hunter was THAT good!

My partner and I came here to celebrate my partner passing their driver's test at the DMV down the road on a late Wednesday morning. Maybe I'm just easy to please, but Rigo took great care of us, making sure we had what we needed and that we weren't pressured at any time at all. The food was phenomenal and I can't really complain all that much. Overall, a great experience (especially as my first time at an Olive Garden) and would return.

Olive Garden is my go to… usually. Today was not what I expected. My drink took more than 40 mins. I got my drink as I was half way done with my meal and I usually like to have a cocktail while eating. My waiter was ok, he told me the bar is slow but still didn’t expect it to be this bad. I hope management does something about it especially for the weekend when they know it’s full and the bar might be backed up.
